About
Develop your training schedule. If their Stamina runs out or if their Stress becomes too much, they may fail their training... or worse. More effective advanced training can be unlocked by expending Prestige Points.
Improve your soldiers and earn more Prestige Points when they graduate. Qualify them as riflemen divers, snipers, or paratroopers.
Do you have the right recruit to win a 100m sprint? Or to challenge a naval academy in a swimming competition? What about the marksmanship challenge?
Check your men's skill in mission. Make choices based on the encounters you find. Have you based your training program on agility and close-combat? Then better a sneak approach...

I'm not sure if I want to give this a positiv or negative review. It's not a bad game, I did spend 11 hours playing it and don't regret buing it. Fun in the beginning when you are still figuring out how to max you training. As many games, it got grindy in the end. I don't see any reason to replay it though. My biggest concerns are: * The missions/fights are to much RNG. The opponents seem to target randomly, It doesnt help much putting the high HP-soldiers exposed in front when they randomly hit the backline (or guys behind cover). I would love to build a diversified team with 1 infantry assault, 1 sniper, 1 machine gunner etc but it's probably better to go all in on infantry assault. * The different stats should have a bigger impact in missions. There is no sense leveling anything besides shooting to >50. In mission 5 I got into some melee combat, but my guy (with 100 Melee) kept shooting the enemy with his rifle. It would make more sense if the different specialisations would scale from different stats (e.g. the diver scaling from agility, the mortarmen from intelligence etc). * Some of the traits are hard to remove (e.g. requering absurd amounts of going to the punitive are) and If you don't get rid of them the soldier can randomly quit or get injured with no recovering. I read somewhere that Full Metal Sergeant 2 is in the making. I will perhaps buy it if it's more polished.
