FROG vs Mural Girl 2 The back Layer, developed and published by SOULCHAN, is an offbeat indie platformer that confidently embraces its unusual concept. Rather than aiming for a lengthy campaign or an intricate storyline, the game delivers a brief but entertaining experience centered on precision platforming and quirky humor. As the sequel to the original title, it once again casts players as a tiny frog navigating the enormous body of the Mural Girl, transforming an unconventional premise into the foundation for a compact action game. The result is a title that understands its niche and focuses on delivering exactly what it promises without unnecessary distractions. The gameplay revolves around climbing, jumping, and avoiding hazards while making steady progress toward the goal. Success depends on careful timing and accurate movement rather than complicated mechanics, making the controls easy to learn but satisfying to master. The game's progression is intentionally straightforward, allowing players to jump into the action almost immediately thanks to integrated tutorials and intuitive controls. While the adventure is designed to last only around five to ten minutes for a typical playthrough, it encourages replayability through optional Time Attack challenges and collectible medals that reward skillful execution and route optimization instead of expanding the story. One of the defining aspects of the game is its mature visual theme. As players advance, they gradually unlock cosmetic changes involving the Mural Girl, with the presentation leaning toward playful fan service rather than explicit adult content. The game contains nudity but avoids graphic sexual material, giving it an identity that is provocative without becoming overly explicit. This approach makes the mature elements feel more like part of the game's eccentric personality instead of its only attraction. Those who appreciate anime-inspired character designs and tongue-in-cheek humor will likely find the presentation amusing, while others may see it as a novelty that complements the gameplay rather than overshadows it. The visual style favors bright colors, exaggerated proportions, and expressive character designs over technical realism. The giant scale of the Mural Girl compared to the tiny frog creates a memorable setting while also serving as the game's primary environmental challenge. Animations are lively, and the simple presentation helps keep the focus on movement and platforming. Although the environments themselves are not especially elaborate, the unusual perspective and whimsical art direction give the game a distinctive identity that separates it from more conventional indie platformers. Accessibility is another welcome feature. Players who simply want to experience the game without repeated failures can activate Damage Free Mode, removing much of the frustration associated with difficult platforming sections. Support for both keyboard and controller ensures flexibility, though a controller provides a smoother overall experience. These options broaden the game's appeal by allowing both casual players and completionists to enjoy it at their preferred pace, whether they are seeking a quick laugh or attempting to perfect every run. The game's greatest strength lies in its focused design. It never tries to disguise its modest scope or inflate its content with unnecessary filler. Instead, it delivers a polished, bite-sized adventure that is easy to revisit. However, this same focus also limits its long-term appeal. Once players have completed the main objective and experimented with the optional challenges, there is little additional content to discover. Those looking for extensive progression systems, deeper mechanics, or a lengthy campaign may find the experience too brief despite its polished execution. Overall, FROG vs Mural Girl 2 The back Layer succeeds as a charming and unconventional indie platformer that combines lighthearted humor, accessible gameplay, and anime-inspired fan service into a short but enjoyable package. Its responsive controls, replay-friendly challenges, and memorable premise make it stand out among smaller indie releases, even if its limited length prevents it from offering substantial long-term value. Players who appreciate quirky concepts and concise platforming adventures are likely to have an enjoyable time, while those seeking a more expansive experience may finish wanting additional stages and mechanics.
The frog was in fact not weak nor bullied.

Good game, the frog will lick the wall again.
I'll make this short and sweet. The game is fun, the animations are cute, but it's very, very short. Like, it's basically one level. But hey! It's only a dollar, so not bad! And if you get it on sale, it's less! Plays well on steam deck. If nothing else entices you to buy this, booba!
this is the most peak game i have ever played in my life. 10/10 would play again.
Fun little game. Have a blast and use your tongue. :)
