good, but highly repetitive that I got bored of quickly
Very fun li'l game, especially as it got harder and forced you to actually plan ♥♥♥♥ out, taking a few deaths to just scout the map.
Came for the funny name, stayed for the surprisingly simple yet fun gameplay

This is genuinely unlike anything I’ve played before, and I’ve played some crazy ♥♥♥♥. The atmosphere and enemy design alone makes this game worth its extremely cheap price tag. Even if you’re thinking “this might not be my forte” try it, I promise it’s combination of music, story, and atmosphere will make for an experience you won’t forget
Cool game. I have no idea if going full retro to the point of carrying over bad design practices that have long been forgotten for a good reason was intentional, but if it was - FREAKHUNTER is an amazing game. ♥♥♥♥ you for making the last levels the way they are, but that is so in a spirit of the way it was made back then. Complete lack of handholding, unfairness, simplicity of the concept... I really like it. I like it so much that I really don't want recommend it to anyone just because of how awful the last levels are. Or are they? I didn't even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ finish this game yet, it's just that bad at the end. I will try my best and actually get to it, but - man - it's so infuriating I almost put this review to negative. Other than that, you've done a great job. All the enemies are simple, but each have their own place, the tutorial levels that show new abilities are great, and all the maps as a whole really challenge you with the limited movement you have. It starts to get bad when you just have to fail to learn the right way to get through a level, be it lack of ammo or just surprisingly sharp increase in difficulty, but if that was fixed (as well as making ghosts have slightly less HP) I think I could recommend hunting freaks to everyone. EDIT: yeah I'm not finishing that ♥♥♥♥. It doesn't require any skill or creative thinking, it's just strict memorizing in the end. I'm talking complete darkness in a maze with a time limit on top. An underwhelming and truly uninteresting part of otherwise great game.
прикольно да
I was hunting and then I freaked it
A neat idea that immediately crumbles under its own poor level-design and lack of player expression. At lest the store page is honest that this is a test of patience more than a test of skill.
Very fun game, very unique cool style and not very frustrating. Has good puzzles and it doesn't take too long to complete them. The game isn't too long, and I like that. I really enjoyed it while I was playing it. I would definitely recommend this game to people who love shooters but also weird creatures and puzzles n stuff. Very epic.
