An unusual adventure game which we have to go through a strange tale in a world that looks as if it were drawn by a ten year old child and having a hero that is a pig that walks on his bum. You will need to perform a couple of talk-bring-submit quests. Dialogues are weird but quite interesting, with some humorous moments. If you like to explore strange worlds, simple and short games, you might like this one.

Franky is an inter-dimensional adventurer with an unshakably sunny disposition. Even when, in the course of his voyage to Tubo World -- a place founded and densely populated by colorful, happy meat-tubes called Lulambas -- his legs atrophy and his buttocks become his only means of locomotion, our wonder-stricken hero doesn't deign to notice his misfortune. You'll smile as broadly as Franky, again and again, as you watch him ambulate across the brilliant landscape upon his articulate arse. Franky takes its inspirations from sunny and surreal American cartoons like Cow and Chicken, Adventure Time, and Spongebob Squarepants, and filters them through Russia's own tradition of dreamlike absurdity to produce a micro-epic that, while simple (perhaps pure-hearted would be a better description), is suitably exotic. I would say the alien flavor is rather intensified by the off-kilter English; it's wonky but sweet, and you're never confused as to what it means. You shouldn't have any trouble foiling the designs of Evilman and his insouciant hipster henchman Fartogen in 1.5 hours or so, but every minute spent soaking up the bright, crisp imagery and jumpin' tunes of Tubo World is a minute roundly well-spent. Gameplay is mostly a series of leisurely fetch quests, with a nice end-game boss battle and one truly excellent arcade segment that can be played separately from the main game once unlocked: Lulamba Rider. It involves navigating a giant Lulamba namned Bolby through an underground highway, dodging oncoming traffic and smashing through stalagmites with his cretinous leer. It's so addictive that I couldn't drop Franky until I'd maxed my score! (The music, yes, the music is surprisingly rich -- usually a different tune for every screen. And . . . is that "Bile Them Cabbage Down" playing in the Lulamba tunnel? Hmmm . . . the chain of associations carries my drifting mind back to the smug Fartogen (a name redolent of one who inhales his own exhaust with savor), for boiled cabbage can most definitely be classified as a "fartogen" of the highest order.)

A nice, short game with fun characters and simple plot about strange bum-walking adventurer. A truly indie hidden gem.

Franky the Bumwalker: REBORN, benzersiz ve eğlenceli bir dünyada seyahat eden ilginç kahramanın yer aldığı bir macera oyunudur. İzometrik bakış açısı ve tuhaf karakterleri ile eğlenceli.
Franky the Bumwalker: REBORN is a somewhat of a joke game that seems to be a childish 2D adventure game where you solve simple puzzles as a character who walks around on his buttocks. Yeah, I don't understand Russians either. Anyway this is horrible translated, badly slapped together and generally, massively un-fun. On the upside, unlike most Russian games on Steam, this isn't some kind of cash grab scam or an asset flip, it seems to be a sincere and genuine attempt to make a game (although I'm not sure who the target audience is). There's enough here that it's not purely a joke game, although the premise is somewhat clickbaity. Likewise the game art, while having a badly drawn "My First Wacom Tablet" art style, doesn't seem to be ripped off anyone else and is also genuine. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features somewhat lazy, simplistic 2D graphics, of the type you normally expect to see in low effort Flash/browser games and mobile apps. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the game only ever reached a peak player count of 2. This is a pitiful enough number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is remarkable, but also to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this seriously. Franky the Bumwalker: REBORN has an overly optimistic price of around $4 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the sheer number of completely free, much higher quality games on Steam.
Игра 'Franky the Bumwalker: REBORN' – это...
nah.
It's a cute little adventure game. LR mode kind of sucks though. And yes, Franky is a Bumwalker because he does indeed walk on his bum!
