Fragments is a game of exploration, a game of mystery, a game of games. You know who you are. But that's pretty much it. Everything else is a blur, an enigma, a puzzle waiting for you to put it together. But wait? Is there more to it than that? There are detectives questioning you at every turn, a limitation on information being directly provided to you, a murder to be solved that you may or not be able to help with. Codapill has done a great job of putting together an intriguing story that demands attention, with a rip-roaring ending that entirely depends upon the choices you make. I hugely recommend giving this one a try, it'll be a few hours definitely not wasted! https://youtu.be/xWp5PFXiGJs
"Fragments" is very fun and intriguing, piecing together the story in your mind that's been...well...fragmented. It's a good time, seeing how your choices and the details you pay attention to influence where the game goes. I am certainly going to play again to see where it takes me. As of right now, I'm pretty good at avoiding reality. XD Definitely a great ride!

Fragments is a gritty, guilt heavy RPG Maker game about one man learning to accept his past. Although it is on the shorter side, the game is a focused piece, using strong dialogue and innovative sprite work to carry you through the mystery. Overall, this is an excellent game created by very few people, and on just that note alone, Fragments deserves praise. Check it out!
Great game. A pertinent sci-fi fable about memories, morality and... really crisp-lines, did I mention the lines are really crisp in this game? But yeah, this was a neat thematic tale and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a good sci-fi little story that has a good sense of direction and intelligent writing. Looking forward to codapill's next game, too.
Have you ever stood outside of yourself and wondered why you've done the things you've done? Fragments offers a journey into the psyche of a disturbed man trying to wrack his brain to understand his thoughts, feelings, and disjointed memories. Although not a particularly long game, Fragments offers the chance to explore multiple paths as the hero works to untangled his mind in the wake of a horrible tragedy. The music and rumble features of the game work to create a tense atmosphere as the story unfolds. A worthwhile purchase for anyone enjoying story driven games.
Entertaining short story with some nice ideas and some pretty decent beats.
A great little game - short but filled with style and charm. Fragments is the lovechild of 'To The Moon' and a Black Mirror episode. It's filled with some really cool visual techniques that convey some complex subjects really well and tells a genuinely intriguing tale. A great second game from Codapill ahead of the release of LIghtway Lines - a release I'm really looking forward to after Fragments and Recruit One.
Fun little game , really enjoyed the story and play through. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a fun way to pass some time!
The story is pretty "meh" and incredibly predictable. It had some ideas reminiscent of other RPG Maker story-based titles (mainly the idea of using a character's memories to progress the plot) but it had none of the subtlety or a satisfying ending. By the time I was maybe 10 minutes in I knew what the ending was going to be and the rest of playing was just waiting to see how that story unfolded - and unfortunately the presentation was underwhelming.
