I'm a bit nostalgic to see this project come to an end. I arrived 2/3 months before the KS, and I was very involved in the Discord and the KS campaign. It was a great adventure shared with the developers: Testing the game, testing again and validating the stages. All the best for the future
don't listen to the whiny poor people who expect an early alpha game to be perfect so they cry just cos they chucked 20 bucks on it and it didn't live up to there expectations. yes it has flaws but only 10 people have made it and they really care about the game and what people have to say, this game will be huge one day. its a lot of fun right now with more server options , and theirs heaps to do. it is as exactly as they show it.

DO NOT BUY! just got the Kickstart Email there "stop development" " The servers may remain up but we can’t promise any dedicated support. Nobody here wanted this outcome " "Steam Page will no longer be available starting Oct. 8th" JUST A KICK STARTER TRAP... every time I tryed to play nothing to do.
no one plays this game all servers have 0 pop online do not buy
I followed this games since it started with a kick starter. I was so happy to see it on sale so I decided to buy it. To say that this game is a dumpster fire is an understatement. I was so utterly disappointed that I got my money back. This game has so much potential but it was wasted on just utter garbage. The generic enemies, and borderland 1 graphics where just to small things that made this game a crap shoot. I'm so upset that I wasted my time excitedly following this game for so long to be this disappointed. Please fix your crap shoot game devs.
In the 19 Minutes (maybe 15 after character creation) this game feels like that one time in high school when I downloaded a copy of Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions. I couldn't move around properly because of input lag and terrible performance. I was barely able to collect the 200 wood for my first quest... What even is this game? I've got an i7-10750H and an RTX 2060 but cant run this smoothly in like 1080 settings with a 4K monitor.
Buggy ranged weapons, Terrible inventory / crafting layout. Annoying fortnite "hit a Tree in a certain spot for music". Gfx were very poorly designed, object floating / clipping. Quest bugged (Coconut) the trees wouldn't drop them, and there were none on the ground. You stole the map from Rust, it s a literal copy with a few of your legend marker icons.
"Fractured Veil" presents a refreshingly unique take on the survival game genre, offering players a complex and engaging post-apocalyptic world to explore. The game's dynamic weather system, intricate crafting mechanics, and multiplayer interactions create a rich and immersive gaming experience that keeps players coming back for more. The open-world environment is beautifully crafted, providing a sense of realism and depth that draws players in from the moment they start playing. Additionally, the game's promise of continuous updates and new features bodes well for its future, ensuring that players will always have something new to discover and enjoy. Note that "Fractured Veil" is currently in alpha testing. While the game already shows great promise and potential, being in this early stage of development means that players may encounter bugs, glitches, and incomplete features that can affect their overall experience. Despite this drawback, the foundation laid by "Fractured Veil" is strong, and it's exciting to see how the game will evolve and improve over time.
I'm CHOCKED how bad this was!! I've played alot of survival games and i have a really low standard when it comes to games with crafting and base building because i know how hard it is to make them. But this game was a new low.. The grafics are horrible, even in highest settings. The gameplay was clunky and uneven so it was hard to move the guy the way i wanted. The first ladder i climbed i got stuck on so i had to jump down the tower and kill myself and start over again after just 24min of gameplay ;/ It didn't say where it was pvp or where it was pve on the map, just in corner of screen!? On top of all this, i couldn't make my character look even remotely close to a human, hairstyles was terrible and facial hair etc, so i only clicked ''random'' so i could start the horrible experience. I'd like my money back please! Ohh and btw, there was 1 player playing on your all 10 or more servers. Take it of the market and fix the game, barf! (DON'T BUY THIS AND WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID)
