About
You came to the forest for something simple.
To breathe. To walk. To fish, hunt, gather mushrooms — and disappear from the noise for a while.
Then something found you first. You wake up alone in the middle of the woods, disoriented.
Somewhere in the distance, you spot an old fire lookout tower. It’s the only landmark you have.
Maybe the only chance you have left.
Forest Doesn’t Care throws you into a dense, living wilderness inspired by real terrain:
deep forests, swamps, hills, abandoned places, hidden paths, and long stretches of silence that feel almost too real.
What begins as a desperate search for help slowly turns into something much stranger.
Reach remote towers.
Search abandoned places.
Follow traces left by people who came before you.
Meet the few who still live here — and decide whether they are helping you, using you, or lying to you.
This is not a base-building sandbox.
You won’t be cutting down forests or constructing massive structures. Survival here is practical, limited, and grounded in reality. You are not here to conquer the forest.
You are here to survive it.
Whether you want a quiet life in the woods or a brutal fight to survive, the game offers multiple ways to play:
Peaceful — explore, fish, gather, and enjoy the forest at your own pace
Survival — balance freedom, danger, and the need to stay alive
Hardcore — harsher conditions, higher risk, less forgiveness
One Life — no second chances
What starts as a search for help can turn into a calm life in the wilderness…
or your worst mistake.
This is not a traditional horror game.
There are no cheap haunted house tricks here.
But the deeper you go, the more the forest begins to feel wrong.
Strange symbols.
Unfinished messages.
Improvised rituals.
People who speak like they know more than they should.
And signs that something in this place has been waiting much longer than you’ve been alive.
Explore the forest solo or with friends in multiplayer.
Travel together, survive together, argue over supplies, get lost, or sit by the fire —
before everything goes wrong again.
The forest doesn’t care how many of you there are.
Experience the forest the way it was meant to be seen.
Forest Doesn’t Care pushes dense, lifelike environments to the limit — with tens of thousands of trees, dynamic lighting, and rich atmospheric detail.
With NVIDIA DLSS, you can boost performance using AI-powered upscaling without sacrificing visual quality.
For players seeking the absolute best image, DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing) delivers maximum clarity and detail — perfect for capturing every branch, shadow, and movement in the forest.
And with NVIDIA Reflex, gameplay becomes more responsive, reducing system latency and ensuring every movement feels precise and immediate.
Choose your balance between performance and visual fidelity — and step into a forest that feels truly alive.
Forest Doesn't Care was created by a two-person team driven by one goal: to build a forest that doesn't feel like a level, but like a real place. A place where you can fish, hunt, camp, survive, get lost — and gradually realize that something is deeply wrong here. Everything in this project grew far beyond what we originally planned — the world, the systems, the secrets, the danger, and the freedom we wanted to give the player.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been with us since the early days — back when this was just a quiet mushroom-picking experience.
Somewhere along the way, the project took on a life of its own.
And we decided to follow it as far as it goes.

Jogo bem divertido, a história é interessante.

Da.
i really like this. Kinda like the other two Forest games, but also not. The graphics and sounds are amazing. The game play is really good, but the inventory and map needs a lot of work. For instance, it took me two hours to figure out how to attach a flashlight to a gun, and I have a 16 slot military backpack that I cant figure out how to use because it wont let me put my stuff from the 12 slot light backpack into the bigger one. Overall, the game is awesome- especially for the low price.
love it
