Football Academy Manager

Sympathique simulation d'académie de football. Les débuts sont durs mais la suite est aisée, surtout en commandant des pizzas et de la bière. La progression des joueurs devient très rapide et il est fréquent de vendre des joueurs au dessus des 1500k USD. Je suis maintenant très riche de coeur et d'argent. Bravo au développeur qui a fait ça seul. Quelques mises à jour seraient utiles comme pouvoir avoir d'autres académies, avoir un centre de jeunes talents dans notre propre pays, répondre à des offres de transferts qui dépassent les 400k, suivre l'évolution en sénior des joueurs vendus.

Just awesome, have been looking so long for a game like this. even in this early access stage its just amazing and this developer deserves some praise man, quick to answer questions in discord and just made a banger of a game WOW!

Gioco simpatico e ben fatto, ma ha un problema grosso: una volta capito il meccanismo, si finisce in meno di dieci ore. Dopo qualche fallimento iniziale (necessario per capire come funziona davvero l'economia del gioco), ho scoperto la strategia che lo rompe completamente: basta comprare due o tre giocatori con tre statistiche base pompate — velocità, tecnica e finalizzazione — pagarli poco e rivenderli con un margine enorme. Ma il vero "trucco" che manda in tilt il bilanciamento è lo youth camp: aprine uno nella nazione giusta (esempio: Brasile), portalo al livello massimo, e da lì usciranno in continuazione i migliori talenti sul mercato. Li acquisti a cifre ridicole (anche sotto i 150$) e li rivendi a peso d'oro, generando profitti enormi in pochissimo tempo. Risultato: l'intera progressione economica del gioco crolla e in circa dieci ore hai già visto tutto quello che c'è da vedere.

Didn't have as much fun at first, though I did get sorta immersed into it. But after giving it another shot on sandbox mode and adding a few mods from the Workshop, I've been hooked.

You can also scout youngster trying to train them into superstars depends of your facilities level and guidance of staff. Then once he grows into an adult, you can display them to the clubs who want him and earn profit and fame through it. In the end, if you are looking to play similar to Football Manager, then this is the game that you're looking for.
