Cats in Space, along with various other creatures. And Tactical Simultenous Space Ship combat Rogue-like
A very good idea marred by shoddy execution. Roguelike in its nature, you take a small fleet out on adventure by clicking on planets. Each planet provides you with a random encounter or combat. Combat requires you to plan the movement of your fleet in a three dimensional space keeping in mind that your ships are more vulnerable from the rear and bottom, that your turrets have limited shooting range and angle and that if your ship is destroyed, it really is destroyed. So far so good. Unfortunately, there's no option to save your game. If you quit, you lose all your progress. I really enjoy the combat but I the FTL-like gameplay doesn't do it justice. Still, I'd recommend it when it is on sale. If you enjoy FTL and Homeworld, you'll want to see this.
