Flix and Chill 2: Millennials

wow JUST WOW

Its like the first one but somehow manages to be even worse. The first was extremely dull and annoying but it had some charm with the faceless block creatures but they changed that and added faces. Basically if you werent bored to death by the first one then still avoid this because its crap.

if you like a game that does literally nothing. this is the game for you. 9/100

1달러 게임치고 몇 안되는 괜찮은 시리즈, 1편보다 qte와 포인트클릭 요소가 줄어들고 선택지가 많이 늘어 겉보기는 포인트 클릭 어드벤쳐지만 실상은 비쥬얼 노벨 또는 애니메이션쪽에 가깝다. 하지만 비쥬얼 노벨과 달리 캐릭이 움직이는 걸 실시간으로 보여주어 그 쪽보다 훨씬 더 생동감이 있고 영어가 막혀도 분위기 파악하기도 쉽다.(영어도 어렵지 않음.) 총 4편의 짤막한 단편(약10~30분:영어 해석에 따라 생기는 시간차)으로 이루어져 있고 그 안에서 멀티엔딩이 나뉨. 도전과제 100% 따기도 쉬운 게임이다.

I loved the first one. I loved the art of the first one. Sadly that's gone and feels dull now. The game is kinda boring and feels less like a dating sim and more like a "Let's explain to you how millennials think nowadays and why it's bad to criticize people." At least the first one was made with funny humor adding to what it's like to try to date people. This had no humor. It felt like a drag. Kinda disappointed even though it was only a dollar. Some people like it, some don't. You decide.

This is a really awesome game to play. It's a lot better than the first game was. I actually didn't like the first game at all. But this one is truly entertaining to play. It feels like there's more freedom in this. And that's probably why I like it so much. I have to give this game a positive review.

This does a LOT to improve on the original game! At first I wasn't sold on the aesthetic changes. But I think it still maintained that unique look and charm of the original, while adding new life to the game. The chapters are short and sweet, but that only adds to the value! Since they can be rather short, it is fun to revisit them and make new choices. I appreciate the steps that Jason took to improve this game. He could have done a paint by the numbers sequel to cash in on the viral success of the first, but he really stepped things up here! It maintains a lot of the humor of the original, but I think there is actually some really strong social commentary in this game. It explores people's expectations, relationships, interactions, and more through a modern youthful lense. More in depth than you expected from a $1 follow up to a meme-game, eh?
