Flipol

Goal is to turn all squares black which you do by left and right clicking squares. This is not the same type that is frequently found in hidden object puzzle adventures or even in easier adventure games. While I've come across Flipol type before it's more rare. In the more common type if you click on a square it only affects the squares around it, and it's always the same pattern. Here if you click on a square all squares in that row (if you left click) or diagonally (if you right click) turn the opposite color. Although hair pulling (until I figured out patterns) I like games that I'm not good at, that way I can learn and improve. I'm not good at patterns (apparently as this game told me) but by the end of the game I figured out some stuff! This is not a random click keep chasing boxes till you get it game. If you do that you won't get very far. There is a pattern to most of the levels which is very clever and actually quick once you figure it out. Weirdly enough I wish there was a limited moves options in this game as then I'd have seen how hard/long this level really was. There are no timers or limited moves everything in that side of it is relaxing. Some general hints - -If you have a group of 4 and you want to change all the colors of all 4 to the opposite, left click on ALL of the 4. -If you have a block of 9 and you left click on all 4 corner squares, it changes the corner squares to the opposite color. -If you get a chequered board area/level then right clicking on all the original blanks will fill in that area so its all black. - If you have a small cross with the middle empty (top, right, bottom, and left squares black) then right clicking on the black squares will make the whole cross disappear. [H1]HINTS[/H1] Sometimes it's just clicking on every color on a row or in a whole level. ie for level 50 which I couldn't get for ages. The first spoiler is how to get the whole puzzle blank which makes it a lot easier this is just one approach to the puzzle - Level 50 [spoiler] right click on all the original colored squares, then left click on all the new colored squares that appears if you do it correctly the whole puzzle now will be blank with no colored squares[/spoiler] I then quickly got it to a state where I then [spoiler] did the above trick of left click groups of 4 to solve it[/spoiler] Level 44 for instance for the top part of puzzle all you do is [spoiler]click on 5/6 squares on the left side top to bottom will turn whole area black[/spoiler] I hope by these examples you get what I mean by patterns to a level. If you ever find yourself chasing squares or just moving 1 square all over the place I suggest you reset the level as you may get it like I got a couple before I figured out the patterns but in all likelihood it would be far easier if you reset it and think along the lines of whole rows. It doesn't have an undo which would be nice but it has a reset along with level map. It has 50 levels. I'm sure if you are good at patterns you can breeze through this but maybe some are like me and sort of figure it out by trial and error and take longer. This is why I never give out times or say how long a puzzle should take you. As how long is a piece of string? Different people are quicker over certain types of puzzles as long as you work it out yourself then you should be proud of yourself like any puzzle, and it doesn't matter how long it takes you.
