About
Start with a bike. End with a space freighter.
Fleet Master is an idle logistics management game where you grow a humble delivery operation into an interplanetary freight empire. Every route completed, every city unlocked, and every specialist hired multiplies your earnings and accelerates your rise.
Purchase and manage a diverse roster of vehicles — from scooters and vans to cargo planes, container ships, hyperloop pods, and orbital shuttles. Each vehicle has unique speed, capacity, and handling capabilities that open new routes and cargo types.
Deploy vehicles across 18+ routes spanning 6+ cities: bustling City Centers, remote Mountain Outposts, scorching Desert Oases, frigid Arctic Bases, and beyond — all the way to lunar colonies and Martian settlements. Match the right vehicle to the right route for maximum efficiency.
Bring on expert crew members — mechanics, route planners, fleet admirals, quantum navigators — each providing powerful global bonuses. Invest in fleet-wide upgrades to push your speed, capacity, and fuel efficiency to the limit.
Weather rolls in. Events shake the market. Fuel crises, logistics booms, blizzards, and solar flares all affect your bottom line. Adapt your strategy or lose ground to the chaos.
Your fleet never stops working. Return to find completed deliveries, earned XP, and a full welcome-back summary showing exactly what your drivers accomplished in your absence.

This could be amazing, but it is extremely buggy at the current time. I recommend waiting and trying it in a few months when the game breaking bugs have been addressed. Cannot properly rate. Game is unplayable.
Not Recommended (as of May 16, 2026) I cannot recommend this game in its current state. While I didn’t run into any game-breaking bugs, the game feels more like an alpha build than a finished product. There are many promising systems in place, but almost none of them feel properly polished or properly connected to each other. The game has clear potential, but right now everything feels half-finished. My biggest issue is the pacing. Everything in the game simply takes too long. Fleet management is clunky and unintuitive, vehicle and route balance feels off, and both contracts and special quests are mostly useless. These core gameplay loops desperately need refinement. The game oozes potential, but in its current iteration, every major system lacks the polish and integration needed to actually be enjoyable. I’m hopeful that future updates will bring the game up to the quality it clearly aims for, but as it stands right now, I can’t recommend it.
