This is immortal classic racing game. The prefect balance between simulation and arcade.

After finishing this game here's my review. I played Flatout a lot as a kid so this game means a lot to me. The game has you play races from bronze to gold to become the number 1 champ. Flatouts crash physics still holds up to this day, since everytime you hit something your car gets so damaged to a point that you can see fire coming from the hood from the amount of damage you take from the cars your going against. The games difficulty may vary depending on the car your using. It's best to use the fastest car out there since the game does get very difficult when it comes to rubberband AI. There are side challenges you can do which are in the bonus sections where you can do destruction derby, bowling, and other activities you can do in the game. You can upgrade the car with the cash. Some tracks that can be up to 5 laps so it can last up to 5 minutes at times. The music has a mix of indie music mostly the song everyone knows beat the boys by lab that plays in the intro. There are flaws with this game which are the snow tracks that in my opinion aren't fun to drive in because of slippery the tracks can be. Upgrading the cars doesn't really do much since it just feels like a mini upgrade for your car so choose the ones you know will be most helpful. That's about it. I give this game a 8/10.
