(While I wouldn't strictly call myself a "dragon fan," as a furry lover, I find dragons incredibly appealing!) Even though there are some suspicious "vore-adjacent" vibes at times, the game remains overwhelmingly adorable. I played with the default MILD MODE on, so I didn't even notice the special visual changes to the character portrait in the bottom-left corner when taking damage. The reason I highly recommend this game is that it truly radiates "truth, goodness, and beauty." The premise of collecting colors to defeat enemies might sound a bit childish, but it reminds me of a game I played as a kid called Super Phantom Cat (which sadly seems to have faded into obscurity). Every single character is so, so cute! I really wish I could learn more about the lore behind them. My favorite is definitely Rythron—he’s the classic "powerful but tsundere" type (love that triple jump and his strong skills, and you can really see his personality in his interactions with Ryuma!). The soundtrack is also phenomenal. It works perfectly as standalone music even outside of the game. 6-3 Ruby Night specifically gave me a lot of motivation. Real-life cities are never as brightly lit or beautiful as the one in Rubell’s chapter, but Ruby Night painted such a lovely urban landscape that it actually moved me. Even though Rubell is probably my least favorite character to play (the grappling hook mechanics are so difficult—it took me forever to clear Chapter 6), I can’t deny that her theme music has a mysterious, captivating power! My only small regret is that I couldn't find the BGM from Soraco's Fishing; that was a bit of a letdown. In short, this is a very, very good game! I’m planning to go back and complete the Extra save file later.
