Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location

I've watched Markiplier play this game over a dozen time. It is arguably my favorite in the series. Going into it I didn't think it was actually that hard. Well my skills have been tested. I now realize that not only do I have a skill issue, but now that I must buy the other games. Overall good game 10/10 would recommend. Just for reference. Do NOT try and play whilst riding a roller coaster, Make the game a lot harder.

This game is vastly different from the previous 4 and I think that’s great. Firstly, instead of the story being told through cryptic messages, newspapers or background information, you are getting the story front and center this time around. This game takes a different approach after a complaint to the previous games story being quite confusing so here we get a cohesive story with still some Fnaf charm to it. Secondly, the gameplay just like the 4th game is different from the original 3 with this one allowing you to slightly move throughout the environment and instead of looking at cameras (maybe, there is a secret place) or surviving in a bedroom you will be provided certain tasks to complete the night. And thirdly, there is fully voice acted characters in this game now other than the phone guy from the previous and it is done phenomenally. I will say the scares here depending on the area and animation are either gonna make you jump or will get no reaction out of you. However the environments and sound design may also be able to provide the scares you may crave. This game tends to have the reputation of being peoples least favorite of the series and providing not a great experience especially when it first released. Now while this is the case and those criticisms are valid, I share the hot take of this being my favorite Fnaf game of the original 6 games. I love how different this game is from the rest, I love the music despite how little there is, love the story being put upfront, and I love the characters introduced here and even some became staples of the series. I of course recommend this game and I hope you can see what I see in this game.
