the most peak storytelling ever
One of the best games I've ever played. The story, music, scenery, lore, and gameplay are all amazing. I highly recommend this game to everyone, its so worth it!
one of the best games i have played the story line is amazing i would recommend it to other people would play this again
Fun, interactive, story-telling game with a little mystery. Kept me fully engaged, but only took about 4 hours for a full playthrough. I'd recommend buying it on sale, just so it's worth the money. Overall I enjoyed how relaxing it was!
não sou de fazer análises, mas genuinamente foi uma das melhores experiências que eu já tive em um jogo
If you care about your time and money: DO NOT PLAY. Rating: 3/10 Probably the most boring and uninteresting game you can play for 20 dollars... luckily i got this game on sale for only 3 bucks and even that is too much to be asking for it. The game is also ONLY 3 hours of playtime (WITH 100%ing blind playthrough) with walking around set paths where you cannot explore or take a shortcut through a tiny rock blocking the path or anything and the whole time you have in your ear a radio of the most uninteresting dialog between two of the most boring people. The voice acting is supposed to be serious and the games supposed to be dark at times but the whole time you have to listen to you and the girl over the radio and both are such boring characters. The prologue is what made me concerned that this game might be terrible as its a click from 1-2 options of your life story and its supposed to feel emotional but the story is just really boring with no visuals or anything to help make it less boring besides a cut between taking 3 steps in the forest and then another boring dialog option. And everything you pick doesnt matter anyways because it has no impact on the plot because you just end up talking to the girl on the radio as a lover anyways which goes nowhere at the end. This has to be the most boring indie game i have ever played, the gameplay is just walk between paths that are set and hold shift to respond on a radio. The mystery was a huge let down too and honestly made me question if this was really the end of the game or if there would be more, but nope. I literally only see universal praise for this game and i just dont get it, the dialog is written like its from a snarky redditor with the quirky remarks and the times were its more serious the story tries to make it sound deep but theres no substance. It seems like at times this game also was designed to waste your time to at least get to the 2 hour mark so you couldnt refund it on steam because even with doing a little exploring it still only took 3 hours but the vast majority of that time is walking through the same paths of woods that i walked the previous day. the game takes place over a long time yet the time skip just is pointless as there could have been more development or story within the 80 days that you are here, but nope they take the lazy route and just time skip from day 1 to 3 and then just got to day 76-79. Which honestly maybe im glad so maybe i could finish this game quicker and not have to think about it ever again, as henry (the guy you play as) is so insufferable that if it kept playing im sure he would have a voice line being like "so that just happened". Also for being in the wilderness, the game felt INCREDIBLY dead. NO animals besides a racoon that jumps out at you in a scripted event and a dead elk, birds at one spot, and a bee. in the prologue there is an elk that stares at you and runs off but during the actual game theres no interactions like that. Maybe animals would make the game actually feel alive or something. Also the game is buggy, like i clicked to interact and jump on a tree and then i just went out of bounds in a ditch which wouldnt be a problem because i could just walk right up, right? nope! invisible wall because like i said theres only a few paths you can even walk on and paths that look like you can walk are just blocked to make you go the most boring route. And walking on the routes and using space bar to walk up and off cliff faces was such a slog and tedious, especially tiny rocks that literally are just there to block space as randomly rock jumpables would be between paths. The games supposed to be grounded and isnt supernatural which is a cool take on a mystery game set in the woods but after beating the game and thinking about what happened, so many plot holes easily jump out and just feels like the game took the lazy route of explaining the mystery. The ONLY positive thing i have to say about this game is that visually, it looks great. maybe if something was done with this artstyle would be nice but this game just isnt it...
The story and mechanic is good
Fantastic. One of the best indie games out there. (9/10)
