I didn't think I really needed to have this game in my library when it first came out. I mean, how many farming sims does one really need? But I'm so glad I picked it up! When I need the coziest of cozy games, this is the one I go to. I love the NPCs, the dialogue is the best, and the story is just wonderful. I love all the animals and the breeding mechanics, the mines, unlocking skills... I honestly can't think of a thing I don't like. (except maybe they'll add being able to walk through your museum collection in the full release...) I haven't done much with the dating part of the game because marriage hasn't been added yet, but the dates I have done have been really cute. Every Early Access update has brought me back to play more and made me fall in love with everything all over again. Can't wait for 1.0 and beyond!

I got this game on a recommendation from a friend after I mentioned how I used to be really into Stardew Valley, but had grown bored of it. They said this game was better, especially for the romanceable characters, and they were NOT wrong! So far, I'm even more obsessed than I was with Stardew. There's cozy farming elements, mining and monster slaying, helping out a local town full of great people, fishing (which is so much easier than Stardew), bug catching (!!!), and the cooking/crafting elements are more in-depth which I really appreciate. My favorite part? The characters themselves. The best example I can think of is Friday nights. Unlike Friday nights at the saloon in Stardew where everyone does the same things, Friday nights at the inn in Mistria are magical. Characters actually interact with each other, and it gives them way more depth. There always seems to be something new going on, which actually makes me want to interact with people more, not just the romanceable characters. I'm only in my second season, but it's all so cozy and I'm so excited to play more. I'd definitely recommend this game.

I cannot begin on why you should get this game it does a good job at sticking to the mechanic of farming sims/cozy games, but it's one of the first (in a very long time) where it feels refreshing to the genre. i have been so impressed with the communication from the dev feed and the implementation they have done from the community feedback. the community also has kept me engaged all this time too with it. I truly love this game and would buy it a second time for the family account if they release a patch for multi-player.

So, as someone who is not usually into single player games, let alone farming games... this is the best game ever. When I first got it I hesitated on if I would actually play or not and, let's just say things have changed. This game is incredibly aesthetic visually with cute bright colors and no dullness. Not only are the graphics incredible the love interests are as well. The second I had seen March and Celine I knew I would be hooked on the game. The diversity in this game is also admirable as every single person is different! I enjoy the freedom you get with being able to enter any building at any time and the wide amount of experiences and quests. Another thing I would like to give a specific mention to is the Friday night events. You can go to the inn every Friday night and see everyone interact with each other, even getting a few free drinks here and there! So, if I had to recommend this game I absolutely would. The only thing I might have a problem with is how fast the days go by even with the slow days down feature, but I think it just takes some time getting used to. Overall, amazing game, my favorite if anything and I would 101% recommend it to those who like cozy farming games.

Longtime fan of Stardew Valley and The Sims. Bought this game on a whim. Really enjoyable. Simple mechanics, broad catalog of furniture/decorating items.

Cozy, pretty and super fun to play. I still can't believe I played 10 hours continuously it's so addictive

A cute and cozy farm simulation game! The gameplay and commands are easy to understand and the story is easy to follow. The interactions of the player with the characters and between them can be very cute. Certain characters also react to some items donated to the museum, adding a bit to the immersion of the game. My go-to game to unwind and just chill.

Its like they took all be best gameplay components of Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing and ran it through a 90's anime filter! Absolute perfection!
