I can't even begin to understand how this can be called a 'game.' What's the point? Your job is to, in five tries, spin one of 19 types of spinners as fast as possible with your mouse. The goal is to earn money (which, by the way, doesn’t actually show up during the main gameplay) to either unlock new spinners or upgrade the speed of the ones you already have. More spins = more money. And yes, that’s literally the WHOLE gameplay.
Since this review is meant to roast garbage like this, I won’t hold back my feelings.
Pros? None, and probably never, neither in this game nor in the author’s life.
Cons? Yeah, this whole 'game' is just one huge mistake of humanity.
1. Homophobia and Nazism? The game uses the faces (in half of the types of spinners) Trump, 4 blacks from the "Coifin Dance" meme, the people from the "Think About It" meme, Mr. Bean and some other incomprehensible LGBT activist. As well as Gabe Newell (from the same meme photo where he is wearing glasses and with a short haircut). Does this indicate a low level of culture or its complete absence from the author? Any adequate person will make an unequivocal conclusion when he sees the 12th unlockable "spinner", in place of which the author stupidly stuck a swastika icon. You're ♥♥♥♥♥♥, tell me honestly?
2. Approach and Execution. It's obvious the game was made in Unity, but even something like a Gabe Newell Simulator would seem like a masterpiece of the gaming industry compared to this trash. In "Fidget Spinner," the developer put a "funny" song about how mentally challenged people who like spinners are, from the category of "I spin my spinner, I'm gay, I'm a devil, I put it in my mouth," right in the main menu. And instead of even somewhat detailed textures for at least the first ten spinners, there are just cut-out images. Even a PNG crosshair in Free Fire looks like a cooler solution compared to this. On top of that, the main "gameplay" is accompanied by the same stock, "hype" music from 2017, which could have been nostalgic, but definitely not here.
3. Toothlessness and hypocrisy. It’s obvious the game came out in 2017 when spinners were all the rage. But there’s not even a tiny bit of humor here. Satire? Forget about it. It’s just a blatant attempt to post obscene content online and cash in on it.
Finally, quoting the “Developers” section from the game with a translation: "THE GAME WAS DEVELOPED BY 17-YEAR-OLD ANTONIO RENNA. I KNOW THE GAME IS PRETTY SIMPLE, AND THAT’S EXACTLY WHY I BOUGHT 1T ON THE STEAM STORE AT THE LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE. HOPE YOU LIKE IT!" — hope banging your head against a wall is fun for you too.
* Inhale, exhale *. As my mom once said when I was a kid: 'Any self-respecting man wouldn’t call his girlfriend a b*tch,' I’ll say years later: any self-respecting developer shouldn’t and doesn’t have to release crap like this on Steam or anywhere online. I mean, sure, you could go to the darknet, but as we know, jokes about 'Easter egg ♥♥♥♥,' bookmarks, and that kind of nonsense don’t end well. You need to take responsibility for what you feed people and not let money mess with your brain.
Any Steam award—even 'Clown'—you three times agree with this review. We don’t support Nazism and encourage everyone to use their heads on how to spend money. Stay away from this stuff.
