About
What if a powerful wizard wanted to build a zoo for all kinds of different fantasy animals? Build your own zoo for many unique creatures. Instead of normal animals like elephants or lions, fill the zoo with monsters like dragons and griffins.
30 Different animals from mythology and pop culture fantasy. Build a good enclosure for each animal according to their requirements. Animals can have different quirks which can make it hard to keep them safely, such as dragon’s fiery breath or basilisk’s petrifying gaze.

Use thematic tools to manage and build the zoo. Move things by teleporting and stop dangerous animals from rampaging with an ice spell. Magical crystals can be used to prevent animals from escaping and have other utility effects.
Play as you like using a simple progression system with a research tree and challenges to give you ideas on what to build next, or just play in a sandbox with everything unlocked from start.
Keep your guests happy for gold income, choose from different workers ,and think about costs before getting new animals. Alternatively, just start with a large sum of gold and build freely.
Old school style grid system where you can freely build your zoo.
Simple combat mechanic makes the escaping animals dangerous. Stop escaping animals with spells and the zoo staff, or let them rampage and enjoy the mayhem.

This game is fun, good price for what you get. I love the concept of it. I am a sucker for zoo games, and this twist on it is really neat (:
I stumbled across this game while looking for other Zoo management type games to play and honestly the concept alone got me interested. A zoo full of mythical creatures sign me up! When I bought it and installed it for myself I noticed that it played a lot like Zoo tycoon 1 with better graphics and some added gameplay mechanics which got me even more excited for Early Access mode to be finished. I also like how they went all out with the medieval theming in this game. My only real issues with this game are the fact that it is rather bare Bones in its current state but I do understand that the game is still in Early Access end of the Zoo rating on the top right corner of the screen seems to fluctuate quite a lot, with a lot of guests leaving my Zoo just shortly after arriving complaining about lack of food and drink stands, outhouses, benches and entertainment. The last one especially confused me because there aren't really any entertainers that you can hire at least not yet, personally I think that being able to hire witches or warlocks perform magic tricks for guests would be a great addition to the game. While I don't think the game is perfect it plays just fine and it's really easy to get into, and in the concept of a zoo for fantasy creatures alone is enough for this game to potentially get very popular. Well it's not on the same level as other games like planet zoo or wildlife Park 3 it's still a good game and it's own right especially in its current state Early Access mode. Also if any of the developers are reading this here's a list of mythical creatures I certainly wouldn't mind being added to this game. Wyvern Catoblepas Questing Beast Manticore Leucrocuta Karkadann Roc Ammit Peryton Hydra Qilin Nemean Lion Erymanthian Boar Baku Black Shuck Serpopard Basilisk Odontotyrannos Allocamelus Musimon Hippogriff Tarasque Cerberus Mushussu
So far so good, it reminds me of the old Zoo Tycoon games but with a unique twist of using fantasy creatures to populate it. It has quite a bit of content and is cheap.
I like the game. It's fun and simple to play. It reminds me of Zoo Tycoon. I like the music and the animals. There are a couple of issues with the game, but I think those will be solved soon. Pros: Music Great foundation for a magical zoo (I like the enclosure environments) I like that the animals can break out and attack people and other animals (by far my favorite part) The theme of a magical zoo Cons: It is bare bones right now with 15 animals and a small amount of entertainment and staff members (but I think this will be improved once the game is fully released) There are a couple of glitches (for some reason, my dragons and my giants spiders keep teleporting into each other's enclosures) (also, the grounding crystal is having issues keeping my dragons inside their enclosure). Edit: I started a new game and these problems are no longer happening. So far, there's no way to capture animals that have escaped All in all, I love the game and I'm glad that I bought it and I'm going to keep playing it for a couple more hours. Honestly, despite some of the early access issues, I'm having more fun with this game than I did with Planet Zoo for three main reasons. 1. It's quick and easy to set up enclosures 2. It reminds me of my childhood 3. I like the mythical animals. I can't wait for the full game to get released so I have more animals and more items to put in my zoo.
Going to refund my purchase, as sadly the game suffers serious bugs when the developer has seemingly disappeared. A critical bug where animals literally waltz out of their enclosures through the gates as if they were staff. I encountered a version with only two animals in the demo but in the full release every single animal phases through gates. I want to like this game really hard but it's not easy when it's broken. Zoo Tycoon 1 is my favorite game of all time but it's a bit upsetting the closest thing we've come to is an unfinished game.
Very Affordable, Chill, and Simple! Great for kids of all ages or simulator junkies. A promising game that brings me back to the times of Zoo Tycoon and Zoo Tycoon 2. While not much to do this early on in the game, a Dev did say they wish to expand the roster which gives me hope for various game modes, such as a campaign or something similar. The simplicity of this game could also leave a large opening for modding, which could grow a decent community. While zoo games are a dime a dozen in modern days, with Frontier leading the charge with Planet Zoo and the JW:E series, this one offers a whole new avenue for zoo games; Mythology, Cryptid and Fantasy Zoos (roll credits). While it's fairly basic at the moment, the recent updates and dev communication does give me hope that this can grow and evolve into something wonderful. I wait to see what it can evolve into.
A love letter to classic Zoo Tycoon! While I received this game for free, I would absolutely go back and buy this. If you're feeling nostalgic for classic sim games such as Zoo Tycoon, you'll enjoy this! It's pretty bare bones at the moment regarding decorations, stalls and variety for guests to interact with, but it does have a great variety of creatures to house and look after! The game isn't always clear at telling you what your little monsters are upset by or wanting, but that adds to the fun of discovering what they do like. The UI is pretty big and could probably be shrunk a little, or at least given an ability to resize it, but even without that you'll get used to it. It's a little buggy too, but so were the classic sim games that inspired this, so I'm not mad about it. I didn't find the bug overwhelming. it was just little things here and there, but nothing game breaking. You can absolutely take an empty park and fill it to the brim with all the creatures and watch an incredible battle royale too, which I loved! The visitors however did not love it... Overall, I think this game has a great foundation to be built upon! With a little more clean up, a few more minor adjustments and some more assets, I could see a lot of people who still yearn for these types of sims games flocking to this! I could also see this game being popular among cozy Twitch streamers who want to enjoy the freaky creepy without having to play a horror game.
A short game of expanding your zoo of dangerous fantasy animals. I enjoyed figuring out every animal's personal needs and quirks, the setting is fun and filled with surprises. Also, the animals are cute.
Zoo Tycoon vibes everywhere, i love it! The only criticism is that the HUD looks very bad: too big, and seems made out of microsoft paint. The game definitely needs some working, but the base is pretty solid. About the rest, i really enjoyed it. Especially seeing the ghost escaping the cage and punching the s**t out of a giant spider.
