Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 362.2/day in the week to Jul 16 → 4.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Level 5, the company that steals with AI?
WIP Review-
[Keep in mind this is still a positive review, The criticism is because i really did enjoy the game, And i want it to be even better. I Sort of just started writing this as a way to vent about what was stopping me from playing the game.] There where several poor design choices made when making this iteration of the series. The worst being the decision to make random chance a core mechanic of the games progression (In several instances. eg- Getting crafting recipes, Items, Enemy/Event spawns, etc.) The second worst being the lack of information available to the player. Both of which intersect to create the biggest downfall of the game.
Some specific issues-
Being able to check the [WORD i can't remember] to see where specific enemy's spawn is actually quite nice. However, trying to find an item and the only information being "In Treasure Grove" or "From The Merchant" is not helpful, in fact it's actually quite annoying, Because it means my options are to either try my luck re-spinning the treasure grove, or try the merchant, Neither of which is a fun or enjoyable experience. The lack of information is the fact that most items [as far as i know] can be obtained in Ginormosa, it just doesn't say what enemy and what area at what level they appear.
Some suggestions for improvements-
You should be able to see what items can be obtained from the random boxes, Otherwise i have zero indication as to whether i'm buying them for a reason or not. Add some sort of indication as to what items/enemy's exist at the different area levels in Ginormosa. Why are potions stack sizes so low? I can have a thousand of each ingredient, but i can only craft/hold a hundred potions at most? Elixir feels too expensive to craft, and also useless. Why bother with Elixir when i can hold five times as many HI-HP potions? Or food that heals and gives combat buffs. Why limit life cure at 20 stack size? I can still hold more if i make quality life cure because the stacks are separate (So a max of 40 total), But why not just make it 99? Stamina potions / SP potions feel almost entirely useless, The only time I've legitimately needed more SP and couldn't just wait a minute is in the treasure grove year 900-1,000. (Due to pushing my abilities with lower skill level) You can't use SP potions during harvesting, So if you don't have enough stamina for whatever your trying to harvest, you just can't do anything. You should be able to stack buff effects (eg- Strength, Crit, Harvest, etc. Some of them are timed anyway, why can't i have all of them? It just makes me never use most of them)
The Treasure Grove needs to be revised,
Having things like an earth tree, fire crystal, etc, as the final floor is never worth it for any reason whatsoever, if it has an easily accessible spawn in the past, or in Ginormosa, it does not also need to be in the treasure grove. Also as a side note- Elemental shards feel like a filler item that they tossed in because it was in the first game, I don't have any reason or desire to get them other than for a crafting quest. (Like Most things, they actually felt special in the first game, not so here.) The fact that resource level has no impact on item drop at all, feels very strange. ie. No discernible difference between a level 15 ore deposit and a level 80 ore deposit, It just takes longer and gives different amounts of exp. It makes item farming feel very odd. Some crafting material items feel entirely trivial to obtain. (Ores, Logs, ) Stun cure is useless.(Takes one or two more seconds to just wait and get up anyway.) Enemy's shouldn't be able to spam stun attacks/You should be immune for a few seconds. It's just annoying being stuck in a loop.
♥♥♥♥ you for buying me this game and then never ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ playing with me you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i hope you're happy with yourself. men be like "aw my life is getting hard lemme get rid of the girl who loves me unconditionally" like ok WHATEVERR go ♥♥♥♥ yourself man. anyway this game is cute or whatever. i liked it, i just can't stand looking at it in my library anymore. too painful.

First of all: I like this game. It's very good. The original Fantasy Life for 3DS is my favorite game for that console. While this game improves many things and has a lot of content, it falls short in some areas: Combat: Feels dumbed down compared to the original. I liked balancing elemental attacks as a wizard or carefully timing combo attacks, and I'm sad that's gone. Multiplayer: Could have been implemented better. All the time limits feel a bit obnoxious and somehow, the item chest from the original was more practical to use than the current item exchange system. World: The world of this game just feels less interconnected and alive than the world from the original. You Fast-Travel everywhere, travel between disconnected islands, the present island and Ginormosia and none of it really feels organic. Those points aside, this is a very enjoyable experience both alone and with friends.
Level 5 utilise beaucoup trop d'IA.
Finished the main story but not even close to 100%-ing the game. This game is everything I'd ever want in a game. There are multiple worlds, all with different characteristics that make them similar to other games. One world is very similar to Breath of the Wild, one is similar to aRPGs, or even games like Final Fantasy 14, one is similar to Animal Crossing, and there's also a Roguelite world that encourages you to get better each time. Multiplayer worlds are quite fun as well. I spent a lot of time 100% each job tree, and almost finished doing all of them. There are way more things to try to accomplish, though. The voice acting was good, the plot was good, and everything is super cute and there are lots of quests and side quests. Highly recommend and well worth the money. I played way more than those hours (offline Steam Deck). Finished? Yes Steam Achievements? Lol maybe one day. Steam Deck? Perfect Rating? - 10/10 no notes. All the grinding of an MMO but without any of the payoff. If I were to describe this game in one sentence it would be: Addicting but not fun. The combat is terrible and the lives dont scale properly, everything is bloated in this game and it tries to give you daily log in rewards. It does a few interesting things like playing off real world time and game time and its trying to be Animal Crossing and Breath of the Wild baby but it doesn't do either very well. I know I played like 120 hours but I had to finally realize that the pay off would never come and I was wasting my time. What were these developers thinking?
Man the start of the game is annoying. Copy/pasted skills, bloating playtime by forcing you to take one task at a time and running back and forth between two maps to complete them, and such shallow story + characters I can only assume a lot of intent has been cut here. Even for a kid's game this is a slow and shallow start. I'll keep playing out of curiosity regarding the skills system and exploration but some of these design decisions are quickly pushing me away, especially as someone without tons of time to invest.
