Family Mysteries 3: Criminal Mindset

[h1] Met My Stalker FBI Agent! [/h1] Yes finally a very "scientific" HOG game. I liked the setting of this so much and I was a bit afraid because im not the scientist and the game would be difficult. But hey it's not! Right off the bat, the artwork is amazing, well polished, the voice acting is good. The story: it's interesting. If you are a psychology/science geek then this is right up your alley. If you like government secrets or having your real stalker FBI agent knocking on your door and so yes, this is definitely up your alley 2x. I loved the puzzles, there are some which I definitely did hate or had some trouble with, but they are creative. The HOG games are interesting too with a lot of hidden mini games inside of them. The overall story about family, science, mystery and your quirky assistant definitely made up the plot for sure. In the end you avenge your dead parents and reveal a well buried family secret. What really is the challenge is the achievement, there is a achievement which is very bugged and the devs decide to just not deal with it. The said achievement is called "Unmistakeable" and most of the guides under this game would tell you, yes this could be one of the challenging HOG game achievements to date. Because as the name defines, unmistakeable means you finish a HOG game without clicking wrong, easy but no you won't get the achievement. You have to complete the whole thing under 1 minute, yes with the mini games inside the HOG puzzle. I reccommend you doing this with the 1st puzzle at the start of the game and you can practice the puzzle at the extra menu. But the achievement won't unlock in the extra menu but in the main game. [h1] Очень напряжный детектив с поиском предметов, который порой действительно радует разнообразием и требует внимательности [/h1] Особенно заставит попотеть достижение на прохождение поиска предметов без ошибок - там есть недоработка и нужно решить поиск предметов без ошибок за минуту и тогда достижение засчитается. Пришлось до этого потренироваться на самом первом поиске предметов. Даже пришлось переключить язык игры на английский, чтобы уж точно без ошибок. В руководстве был использован именно англоязычный вариант игры. Хотелось бы всё-таки больше реализма в расследовании. А тут даже обителью зла немного навеяно. Графически опять же игра вполне на уровне, хоть уже это можно считать стандартом. Также радует наличие всех плюшек магазина вместе с русским переводом. Пройдены были обе ветки сюжета - основная и дополнительная с русским переводом и проблем не возникло, вроде бы все вещи переведены адекватно вместе с диалогами. Но зато за несколько часов можно получить ещё одну идеальную игру в библиотеку.

That unmistakable achievements has been the hardest one I ever went through, redoing the same HOG again and again without a misclick yet considered as such. I don't know what is the issue there, but for sure, it's not normal to redo the same exact thing 6 times before it's finally considered as being ok.

Just like its predecessors in the series, this is a very disappointing hidden object game, especially considering what you can normally expect from Artifex Mundi HOGs. It is extremely linear, with only 1-3 scenes available to you at any time and the minigames are pretty much all really easy except one which unless you know your zodiac symbols you are gonna have to go look them up to solve it (then it is easy to solve). On top of that it also very heavily suffers from HOG logic. I don't mind a little bit of it, but it is just too much in this one. I wouldn't bother, there is better HOGs out there. Relaxing hidden object/detective game ... if you like these games, it's worth the small price.

A lot of HOG games are always a bit contrived in the puzzles, you just kind of have to ignore the logic why there are all of these special locks and puzzles all over the place. But this one is completely insane when you think of what your character does. You start out breaking a key in your closet. The solution? Create an acid and melt the lock obviously. When you arrive at your new job, the driver that took you there doesn't let you in, that would obviously be too easy. Instead you break into one of your presumed new collegues car, steal their tablet, use it as a screen for the broken door camera (just go with it). Later when you arrive at a house, without knowing something is actually wrong, you drill the lock on a car trunk, get a crowbar and break into a window. The lab rat that you are also fight off terrorists and hardend criminals in hand to hand combat, because why not... The quite frankly ridiculos plot aside, this is just a very mid HOG, The puzzles tend to repeat themselves and there are seldom any new ones.

The Hulk and some Kevin Bacon looking guy hunt you down after you discover how to make phoenix downs. You also meet your long lost brother with Asperger's. The puzzles are varied enough and don't get repetitive, and the HOP are varied in terms of layout and mechanics. Overall the Family Mystery games are some of the better HOP games out there.

この種類のゲームで誤訳がある等の困難以外では、初めて途中で投げ出した。やってみると分かるが、説明が雑で、何をさせたいのか、どういう状況なのか、プレイヤーに伝わらない事が多い。翻訳が良くないだけかも知れないが…雰囲気は良いのに説明不足で、肝心のパズルの面白さも分かり難く残念。
