Рекомендую. Тот самый «Обливион с пушками» из нашего детства. Изначально я попал в мир Фолыча еще в школе, когда мне друган (Саня, привет!) подогнал диски Fallout: New Vegas. Поначалу я знатно плевался от графона, ведь на дворе уже вовсю гремели Call of Duty, F.E.A.R. и первый Crysis. Но сейчас не об этом. Fallout 3 - это «незабываемые» поиски отца сыном и «великолепный» сюжет, который умудряется полностью пропустить две трети карты и тонну контента. На тот момент у игры была крутая русская озвучка, да и сейчас, если честно, современный дубляж по качеству ушел недалеко. Огромный минус, что этой озвучки нет в Steam, и приходится вручную докачивать файлы из интернета. «Обливион с пушками» - говорили они. Да, движок звезд с неба не хватает, да и сам этот обрубок мало чего хватать может движком это назвать сложно. Но в целом - это прекрасное детство. И когда нагоняет скука, игра отлично помогает скоротать время, напоминая о ностальгических временах юности. Итоговые оценки: Сюжет: 7 из 10. Задумка с поисками бати «хороша», но если идти чисто по сюжетным рельсам, игра пролетит слишком быстро. Самый сок - свернуть с тропы и пойти исследовать Столичную Пустошь самостоятельно. Локализация: 4 из 10 (оценка чисто версии в Steam). Играть без родных голосов в такую классику - преступление. Качайте русификатор звука от 1С сразу после установки, не портите себе ностальгию. Атмосфера и мир: 9 из 10. Разрушенный Вашингтон, зеленоватый постъядерный фильтр, Мегатонна с бомбой в центре и старое радио с джазом на фоне. Атмосфера одиночества на Пустоши передана на века. P.S. Отдельный котел в аду заготовлен для того, кто проектировал местную систему разрушенного метро. Пробираться через эти бесконечные, одинаковые серые туннели, забитые гулями и супермутантами, чтобы просто выйти на нужную улицу Вашингтона - это самое душное и бесячее занятие в игре. Топографический кретинизм гарантирован.

playtime bugged but great game. I LOVE DOGMEAT! Walking the Mohave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter.
Actually the game is pretty good, the timing on my steam library has some technical issues so i played for like 100+ hours in total its just that my steam library has technical and no need to worry about it

A must play, if you're a fan of bethesda and rpg's, one of the ground breaking games of the series being shifted into first and third person rather than top down linear, one of my favourites in the franchise, although I highly recomend Fallout: new vegas as well
I had this game new xbox 360 back in the day and i loved it, its a good entry to the fallout franchise especially since it brought fallout to the mainstream and to 3D and will always be a favorite of mine, However it has aged terribly graphics, engine, stability and gameplay but if you keep in mind the time when this game was released it makes sense. I still recommend everyone play this as it is still fun and is important to understand some of the lore factions that appear in later games IE FO4, But if you want a better Fallout Experience go play FO New Vegas or even FO4, I would recommend buying on sale if you want to purchase.
