if you love solitaire and adventure , you will love this . A hint of strategy is thrown in too

Первые две части мне понравились, несмотря на то, что они максимально затянуты. Но это... Вообще нет. Во первых, игра уже пятый год в раннем доступе, в нём она и сгинет судя по всему. Во вторых, игровое поле просто загажено всевозможными "проклятиями", которые не дадут вам убрать одни карты, не убрав другие, а сделать это иногда довольно сложно. И вот ты сидишь как идиот по 50 раз переигрываешь один уровень, в чём тут кайф ? Лично для меня это огромный красный флаг, кричащий о том что игра не сбалансирована от слова совсем. Карточная игра. Не тратьте деньги.

It's more like a waiting game than a solitaire game. You basically have to do again and again the same level until you finally get lucky and you're able to get all the important card. There's little to no skill involved, it's almost pure luck whether you'll be able to finish a level or not. You sure as hell able to get wild cards in case, but... it doesn't always mean you'll be able to finish it, unless you literally have a collection of 5+ in every level. It's frustrating, it's not fun. I got stuck on the same hand for almost 10 tries. Sometimes, the same number on the card appears 5-6 times on the board; it feels unfair. There's some very frustrating mechanics, like the cards you can only match if you don't have a combo going, and the even more frustrating -- the ones you need a combo to match. It would be one thing if you were able to see the number before having a combo so you can plan stuff ahead -- but nope, sorry, you can't. It makes it for a very frustrating experience. Also -- what's up with the development of the game?? I really enjoyed Faerie Solitaire back then, so I bought this one on release. I told myself I'll play when it will be out of early access... but now it has been almost 3 years. It is still written in the description that they're targetting the end of EA in "early 2021". So like... 2 years ago. That's sounds like a joke honestly. It has been stuck on the 0.9 for almost a year. I bought all of their games, but so far I only liked Faerie Solitaire (and it's remaster) I think I'm gonna avoid the next ones from now on.

I am still a bit baffled by the game, and it still seems to be having adjustments made to it, which is good, but I do keep coming back and playing it every few days, even though it's only for a hand or two. It's a bit dark and gloomy, but strangely compelling. As of Sept. 2 2023, I have been through the game 9 times. I'm pretty sure I like it.

Faerie Solitaire Dire is quite similar to Faerie Solitaire Remastered. The biggest difference is that FSD present more of a challenge. To me, that's a significant improvement and it makes the game more fun to play. It also has a different story than FSR. I highly recommend giving it a try since it is one of the best solitaire games on Steam right now.

Ive been anticipating this game for a while. Im excited for the full version of the game. I was BLOWN AWAY by the music, its amazing. Yall didnt have to go so hard :') keep up the good work

Another great piece of art from Subsoap. Needless to say that things are still in the works and that new content will be added as development progress but its already showing great potential! (Keep in mind that this is an Early Access release and not yet the full product)

Очень интересная и очень цепляющая игра. За счет разных режимов сложности можно как просто отдохнуть, так и напрячь мозг. Раскладки весьма харкорные, порой можно одну раз 30 пересобирать. Есть чарующая атмосфера фэнтези и чего-то магического. Есть очень интересные решения с закрытыми картами, делающими игру очень сложными. Сбор ресурсов делает геймплей более глубоким. Мне нравится что это не “2 в ряд” пасьянс, а настоящая игра, в которой нужно строить стратегию.

A conditional 2022 Early Access thumbs up for Faerie Solitaire Dire. The good It's currently a perfectly playable solitaire game with attractive cards and music. If you're a fan of the previous games by the developers, you will probably like it. There are a few twists that set this apart from your typical Steam solitaire game. The meh There are a lot of systems that are only half-implemented at the moment. I have never been a big fan of the collectathon or shallow pet systems in these games, so it didn't really bother me. The bad The developers seem like nice folks, but they're implementing changes at a snails pace. The current story that connects the levels just isn't compelling. You can skip it automatically, and I'd recommend it. Apparently it will be replaced by something in the future. The full price of $20ish is not worth it for a 10 hour campaign. The verdict In it's current state, it's recommendable on a sale for fans of the franchise. Otherwise I'd wait for an official release.
