I really loved playing this game, but I have to admit that it has been years since I actively played it, mostly due to a low player count. It has great art, mechanics, and most important it is really fun to play. I kept hoping that it would get more popular and for it to pick up, but for some reason, that I never understood, it did not. I still like to play a game or two, from time to time. My comment might sound negative, but I am mostly just a bit sad that a great game failed to capture a wider audience. I would still recommend it to any CCG fan, for its unique mechanics and adorable art. For me it is still a 9/10
I love card games, but this is ridiculous. How can a game this bad, with max 40 players and completely abandoned have positive reviews. CO-OP is locked behind level (progression is slow and unrewarding) and the AI literally cheats (+mana, + hp, +cards) to the point it is just stupid to play some modes. And most important: YOU CAN'T PLAY OFFLINE. They'll eventually shut down everything and everyone loses the progress and acess to the game.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

炉石你学到怎么做单机了么?可能学不到因为已经是dead game了。
Games that require you to be always online for singleplayer need to be systematically banned by steam. This is abuse. Screw this game.
Over monetized abandonware. I always liked this game, but it blows my mind that they charge $20 for it now. It is baffling that a card game with a tiny fraction of the cards & content as its free to play competition would just speedrun death by monetization like this. Despite the price of purchase, this game still has all of the pay to win monetization that you'd expect from a free to pay model and then some. You'd just be paying more for less than any similar option. Could have easily beat out Hearthstone with any effort at all. Worth a try if they ever rework their payment model.
Ehhh I don't want to say the game is bad, but it just didn't click with me. It sounds like an interesting idea but between the card balance being way out of whack, the DLC content kind of screwing everything up, and the F2P grind from it being a F2P game once before pretty much killed my interest in this game. I didn't enjoy it but maybe that's just me.
Great card game and quite unique too. Besides Duelyst I don't know many other cards games that makes use of a board. Hard to believe that only discovered this game recently, because I would love to have played in it's peak. Even so, 7 years after the release (2024) I still managed find some ranked online matches. There's plenty of single player content too, in the begging you will probably spend some time doing the missions, with the first few of them being the game tutorial. After that you start unlocking some booster and other game modes. Personally I loved the world bosses, just beat the first one, can't wait to challenge the others. I still not high enough in ranked to know if the game is truly balanced. But so far I managed to win almost all matches doing just a few modifications on the starter decks with some cards from my booster. 11 hours so far and the game was worth every cent. Just wish there were more players.
The game scratches you Magic the Gathering itch, without the constant investment. Faeria community if small buy very friendly and dedicated. Online tournaments every 2 weeks. If you want to try it out there is a lot of single player content so you can warm up prior to jump into the online ranked.
I want to love the game but game requires internet connection for single player. There is no justification why a you shouldn't be able to play this game in offline and singleplayer mode. Last DLC was added in 2019. and this review is written in late december of 2025. I bought this game for single player gameplay, so if you are like me just don't get it. If you are into the multiplayer aspect then it might be worth the price.
