I charming group of 9 very short stories. Enjoyed interacting with this over lunch, about 20 minutes in total. I would definitely recommend this for the artwork alone. My main criticism is some of the stories are almost too brief, the writing cut a little short. The strength of the visuals compel a longer engagement. Happy to know Might and Delight have several other games available to further enjoy this world they've made.

A very cute set of stories. A nice addition to your collection of Might and Delight content.
It’s a children’s picture book, cute and charming, for sure! But at $10, it feels a bit pricey for what you get.
Another fantastic instalment from Might and Delight, featuring several fables covering topics such as confidence, personality, bravery, love, greed and loss. With its beautiful and quaintly unique art, it is a joy to read. It would be great for children, much like The Lonesome Fog.
I love the artstyle and most of the stories were cute but some of them were really short.
Cute collection of adorable stories!

This franchise is, indeed, as its name suggests, a shelter I can always lose myself in when the world becomes too much. Getting nice and warm in my room and visiting the little den to listen to the fables the Shelter franchise animals are wishing to tell was so special. The stories aren't over-the-top, but that's exactly the thing here — when the world becomes too much, we seek shelter. This collection is what we sometimes really need: no hidden meanings or deep overthinking, just simple messages that we sometimes forget. It is also a very nice idea to read this with children and talk about the stories with them! A big thank you to my friend for including this and The Lonesome Fog in my New Year gifts. It's been the perfect way to start 2026.
I'm sorry, but I don't get this. It's a beautiful collection of watercolours with relaxing music, granted, but everything else about it is suboptimal. The stories are short (as in, three pages each) and abysmally shallow, but the book is not written and formatted like a kids' book. The only interactivity is selecting a character and clicking the forward arrow, so it's basically a badly-formatted and not greatly-conceived ebook. Some of the morals are dubious, as well. I finished it out of cussedness and then had to reopen it and let it run in the background as I'd not clocked enough time to write a review... and the minimum review time is 5 minutes. This should tell you all you need to know before making a purchase.
