Humanity is at war against vampires and deviants. Mankind's last line of defense is a group of children trained to wield powerful magic that can rival the demonic hordes, but at the cost of most of their lifespan. Likened to bullets of a gun, they are known as the ‘Gun Bullet Children’.The time is NOW!

It's like Touhou on the hard mode
Ignoring this game's technical issues, this game's just rough, and clearly one of the devs' first attempts at a SHMUP. It's a serviceable bullet hell, but it has pacing issues and a lot of the time levels don't really have much going on, and most enemies (including bosses) are giant bullet sponges that leave you looking at your wrist watch while weaving through curtains of bullets. After playing the 2nd game in this series, I can easily say it's miles ahead and infinitely more interesting than this first game. So if you have this in your library, there's a low risk of missing out if you skip this game. But if you do dare to play this, install the community patch, since it makes the game playable.

Amazing bullet hell shooter after you fix the issues for pc
Best Doujin shmup to ever be released, has absolutely zero flaws and the level/enemy design is perfection. FLAT did an excellent job starting this amazing series.
I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So I decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. I loaded into the game, picked my character and world and started playing but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he hosted a game for me to join. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories.
Bullet Hell Wet Dream!!!! UWU
Very broken and boring bullet hell. The one good thing about this game is the music, It is EDM, and the songs are bops. This game is easier than other bullet hells that I have played. Some of the patterns can get intense but the hitbox is so tiny that it feels like you can pass through almost anywhere and not get hit. Most shmups have the tiny hitbox in the middle that is usually smaller than your sprite. This game does too. However, I felt as though the game glitched out when I should have got hit. All of the bullets are the same red color. The boss fights are ridiculous. They are easy like most of the stage, but they go on for what feels like forever without changing phases. There is no windowed mode, frames slow down to a crawl, and if you dare tab out then the screen will be solid white and unplayable when you tab back. This is probably not the worst shmup I have played, but it is a waste of time.
Controls are terrible, and I can't really manage to rebind them.
