Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Jul 26 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ideia do jogo é boa, porém é mal executada.
Estate Agent Simulator, developed and published by Kiki Games, is an ambitious sandbox simulation that attempts to capture the full cycle of building a real estate business, from humble beginnings to managing a growing property portfolio. It blends elements of property renovation, business management, and light life simulation into a single experience, aiming to give players both hands-on involvement and long-term strategic progression. The foundation is solid and familiar, but the game’s scope often stretches beyond what its systems can consistently support. The central gameplay loop revolves around buying properties, improving their condition and value, and then either selling them for profit or renting them out as a steady source of income. Early on, this process is genuinely satisfying. Taking a neglected property and gradually transforming it into something desirable creates a tangible sense of progress, especially when each upgrade directly increases its market value. The game leans into a more interactive approach, requiring players to physically engage with tasks like cleaning, furnishing, and transporting items, which adds a layer of immersion beyond simple menu-driven management. Negotiation mechanics introduce a modest strategic element to the experience. Securing a better deal when purchasing a property or maximizing returns during a sale can have a noticeable impact on overall progression. These interactions give players a sense of agency in shaping their financial growth, even if the system itself is relatively straightforward. Over time, however, the patterns behind negotiations become predictable, reducing the tension and decision-making that initially make them engaging. What sets the game apart is its attempt to expand beyond property management into a broader simulation of daily life. Players can explore the surrounding environment, interact with non-playable characters, and engage in a variety of side activities that aim to make the world feel more dynamic. While this added scope is commendable, it also introduces inconsistency. Some features feel underdeveloped or disconnected from the core gameplay, creating the impression of a game that is trying to do many things at once without fully refining each of them. As progression continues, repetition becomes more apparent. The core loop—buy, renovate, sell or rent—remains largely unchanged, and the lack of evolving mechanics or deeper systems can make extended play sessions feel monotonous. While the sandbox structure allows for freedom in how players approach the game, it also means that the experience relies heavily on self-motivation rather than introducing new challenges or meaningful variation over time. Technical issues are another significant factor shaping the overall experience. As an Early Access title, the game shows clear signs of being unfinished, with bugs, performance inconsistencies, and missing quality-of-life features occasionally disrupting gameplay. These issues can be particularly frustrating in a simulation game where progress is built gradually, as interruptions or setbacks can undermine the sense of achievement. The pace of updates also affects how the game evolves, leaving some systems feeling incomplete. Visually, the game adopts a functional approach that prioritizes usability over detail. Environments and character models are serviceable but lack polish, and the overall presentation feels dated compared to more refined titles in the genre. While this doesn’t prevent the game from being playable, it does limit immersion, especially in moments where visual feedback could enhance the satisfaction of progression. Audio design follows a similar pattern, providing basic support without adding much personality or atmosphere. Despite these shortcomings, there is an underlying appeal in the game’s open-ended nature. Players are given the freedom to approach their real estate journey at their own pace, experimenting with different strategies and playstyles. For those who enjoy sandbox simulations and are willing to overlook rough edges, there is a certain relaxed charm in building a business without strict constraints. The game offers just enough structure to guide players while still leaving room for personal goals and creativity. Ultimately, Estate Agent Simulator is a promising but uneven experience. It delivers a satisfying core loop and a sense of progression that can be engaging in short bursts, but its broader ambitions are not always fully realized. Technical issues, repetitive gameplay, and inconsistent systems prevent it from reaching its full potential, leaving it feeling like a work in progress rather than a fully refined product. For players who enjoy simulation games and don’t mind Early Access limitations, it can still offer moments of enjoyment, but it falls short of being a standout entry in the genre. Rating: 6/10
