Escape from Pleasure Planet

This game looks super cool, it however crashes when i try and shoot at the very 1st ship. so over the last 2 months i've played about 9 minutes basically just the 1st few screens until it crashes :(

I love this game! It knows when to be silly and when to be serious as it touches on subjects like L G B T rights and the nature of reality. When I first bought the game a couple years ago it was pretty buggy, but it seems they've all been fixed.

Just a horribly convoluted and un-intuitive system. While I like the premise and the art of Joe Phillips, the game is severely lacking. The puzzles are frustrating and don't feel rewarding when you have solved them. If you can solve them. The music is annoying and loud. Attempting to change things in the settings results in me getting booted to desktop. The only real way I have found to have any non-frustrating time playing this is with the walk-through guide. If it is on sale (at least 50% off) it might be worth getting if you didn't mind a one play through and never play again kind of game. Otherwise, save your time and money and treat yourself to something/anything better.

Awesome, fun and funny. I really hope we see more adventures!

Alot of fun to play, love the art, great soundtrack and beautiful men are of course so nice to look at.

At least on my Mac, unplayable – ‘point-and-click’ is no point, when ‘click’ does have no effect. Alas, the characters are cute.

I really like the game so far and I would love to play it to the end! But it seems I'm stuck on a bug: On the prison planet Panoptica, after I got Arcadian's old pod number, I'm supposed to transmat back to the ship. When I right click on Tycho, instead of the usual Box with "Sleek and slim...: Request Transmat", a box with "Function: Exit v-fantasy / Cancel" appears. When I click on "Exit" Tycho gets all fuzzy and the screen goes black with a shutter effect, Afterwards the screen stays black and nothing else happens. Only the white icons are visible and when I click on Tycho or on one of the red guys, their dialog boxes appear, although Tycho and the rest of the scene is invisible. Any help? I'm on Win 10 v1809 btw :-)

Bought this game many years ago, and still enjoy it to this day. Yes, it's very janky, so be warned, but I find the story and puzzles to be fun and made with a lot of heart!

There just aren't enough games like this! I enjoyed the sillyness. There are a couple of legitimate sci-fi themes, and some places are very creepy and surreal. A couple of puzzles were too vague for me to get on my own. I had the game hard-lock on me a few times, the loading was really slow, and the low apparent framerate was uncomfortable to watch at times. I still recommend it though for the quirky story and to signal to game devs that we need more gay-inclusive games.

Def worth it, if you like point and click and cheeky LGBTQ+ games then def play it! Although you mayyyy get a little lost at times as the game has some segments that aren't as easy to figure out, but the game is enjoyable and I do love the juicy tension between Brutus and Tycho tbh. I do hope the creator makes another game around Tycho but I'm happy as can be with the main two! :3
