Before I played Eragon's Tale, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
It's okay. Hard to say much since it's really short with like only 2 dream sequence and small puzzles. It's like a small flashback connected to their other game "For Evelyn". Though I haven't played that one yet.

The game is excellent, with a straightforward narrative and few puzzles. There is one section within the dram world where the spider-like enemies appear difficult to avoid, but if you are a gamer, you can avoid them. It's a free game, and everything works perfectly. There are no bugs or problems. The game can be finished in 30 minutes or so, so it's not too long, and I'm not sure if there will be another chapter or if this is it. I played and enjoyed it; thanks to the developer for the experience; I recommend playing on your own; it's very nice.
I like the premise, but in the second dream sequence you have to out run fire balls thrown randomly. No matter how many times I try I can't get passed it. I can get the key and even get to the door with it, but every time I go to use the key a fire ball kills me. Stupid. I get out maneuvering danger when there is a pattern to learn, but to just keep throwing things randomly (supposedly because it seems to aim right at me everytime) is plain stupid. Don't waste your time.
Full playthrough here: https://youtu.be/9ngQdcvru08 This is a pretty nice RPGmaker like game it's pretty short, but it seems like it's going to be continued in a further release. I think they have the right idea with puzzles/obstacles so far it's nothing too wild, but for a free to play it was a nice little experience. The story is pretty interesting as well.
"Eragon's Tale" looks like an RPG Maker asset flip but it's been slapped together with Unity, probably a Unity based RPG Maker ripoff (or RPG Maker Unite), because it seems to have all the same terrible qualities. This isn't to be confused with the copyrighted and trademarked works of Chrisopher Paolini (specifically his 2002 work, Eragon). Of course, when the copyright holders find out about this, DMCA will be hard and fast, and this infringing work will disappear. Anyway the developer couldn't work out how to make a JRPG with the Unity toolset so this is an extremely badly written cringefest "adventure" game, heavy on the high school anime club dropout fanfiction writing. It really is full cringe and should be avoided. Did I mention it's really bad to take other people's copyrighted works and trademarks and use them without permission? This features really godawful, lazy pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
