About
In this dying age, only pockets of humanity remain. There was no apocalyptic event to speak of; only the cruel march of time and the inexplicable infertility of the world. Accursed creatures stalk the barren lands between settlements, which are themselves terrible places; squalid, medieval and mostly ruled by tyrants.
Our story begins in the town of Draenog, where the theatre performance you are putting on is interrupted by fighting at the gates. Demons have arrived. Your wooden sword will have to do for now, gather the troupe and defend yourselves!
Entropy is a post-apocalyptic role-playing game with an expansive world map, explorable towns filled with colorful characters, and a tactical turn-based battle system.
Embark on a quest across the lands to stop the demonic incursion.
Control your party of up to 6 characters.
Hire Mercenaries to replace your fallen party members.
Tactical Turn-Based Combat.
Explore a world full of unique characters, creatures, challenges, and treasure.
Level up your characters, increase your stats, and unlock new perks.
A beautiful retro 3D aesthetic.

This game is actually cool af. I love the crusty nasty atmosphere of decay everywhere. The combat system is amazing especially with selecting specific body parts. The low polygon graphics make this game's atmosphere just as real feeling as well. It took me a minute to get used to the tank controls, but wow this game is an amazing early access. I need the full game ASAP! I'm going to replay again as another build just to get back in there and find more things. The overworld map is so satisfying to explore with little pieces of story thrown throughout that, again, make the atmosphere just THAT more real. I cannot gush about this game enough. 10/10 buy the early access you won't regret it. If you do, that's on you for missing out on a cool game.
Really fun JRPG inspired game if you're not deterred by the challenge. Interesting and unique world building with elements of tactical RPGs and ATLUS JRPGs. If you're having a hard time like I was at first, there's no shame in restarting on easy mode. Hopefully they allow you to change difficulty levels without starting over and add custom difficulty options in a future update.

Picked this up for the mood/tone/etc., didn't even realize it was early access until I finished the chapter!!! Was ready to play for hundreds of hours, no lie. Love the writing and art, so much. Excited to see what the devs have in mind! Great start! Also, easy choice picking Aeman. Absolutely love it. Best of luck, devs! You got a fan! *All power to the people*
Tinkered around with the demo and it became and instant buy on release. I won't profess to have experienced all of the available content yet, but what I did play was very good. It'll need to cook for a while, but the bones are solid. Plus Lovely Hellplace and DreadXP know their business. I will forever shop at the house of Dread Delusion.
very pleasant surprise to pick this up sight unseen after loving dread delusion and find that it's a completely different style of game but very much with the same sort of aesthetic and vibe. very worth checking out and i'm excited to dig further into this weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ world
I'm all in.
Semi Spoilers - Thoughts after first playthrough Beat act 1 with a team of 4. I used Shidd, Selgair, and Wyrmund as my companions. Shidd - Tank Selgair - Rogue Wyrmund - Anchor Caster Player - Shaper Caster Played on the Hard Difficulty (Intended Difficulty) Enjoyed the pacing, overworld exploration, area exploration, character/enemy designs, lore, and music. Dungeon layouts felt diverse from each other as did the atmosphere which made me feel like I was actually progressing, wish enemy diversity was bit better. Overworld & Area Exploration was fun when trying to find chests or random hidden areas such as the breakable walls to find parts of the code, but the chests felt lacking it was mostly just combat items or lackluster weapons. Enemy Designs are great, no notes. AI pathing felt broken as they would get stuck moon walking in place or doing circles. Combat was fun but enemies felt "dumb" they wouldn't change positions even when hexed or would set up on one of my characters just to attack a different one instead so I never felt I was in danger. Lore was easy to follow with likable characters, such as Aeslyn (I used her Mycorrhizal Strain) Music was fitting for the atmosphere and easy on the ears making my few hours in game enjoyable to keep my headphones on.
Game seems super good but there only being one act in the game is pretty lame.
Just finished the first act! This game is REALLY good! I had a hard time in the beginning, since I was playing the intended difficulty setting (hard); FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY, DO NOT PICK AN ONE-EYED RANGE-BASED CHARACTER, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA! A shame this game does not have PT-BR translation, but the story and worldbuiling are really interesting!
