EMERGE

I was given a free copy of the game by the developer and played a couple hours of this game. I found it extremely relaxing and enjoyable to play. The puzzles are challenging without being frustrating, the music is soothing and the story is heartfelt. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out the controls, even though the game does a good job explaining it to me in the tutorial, I did a poor job paying attention. A warm cup of tea and a rainy afternoon is the perfect ambiance for this game. If you enjoy jigsaw puzzle games I highly recommend Emerge. You won't regret it.

First Impression - Beautiful - Meaningful - Relaxing Soundtrack and not too Easy ! But what if i forget that i ever played this game or other ? Getting Older is a Beautiful thing - Not to remember what Beautiful is - Scary.

I'm not usually one for puzzle games, but this one really sucked me in. It's clearly a labour of love. I've recently been suffering a bout of fatigue related to some health issues, and this one has done a great job of keeping me company. I am not usually one for reviews, but I wanted to write one up because I enjoyed it so much. Now off I go to play more of it...

Ich fand das Game sehr entspannend. Bei der Musik würde ich mir ein bisschen Abwechslung wünschen, da es nach einer Zeit etwas eintönig klingt. Die Bilder passen nicht immer ganz so gut zum Text, dennoch sind sie schön und erzählen etwas von ihrem Leben, Das Puzzeln macht Spaß und die Story hat einen tiefgründigen Vibe. Man wird Schritt für Schritt durch die Lebensgeschichte geführt und kann nach und nach den Raum indem Sie lebt wiederherstellen und Portraits wieder zusammensetzen. Fazit: Alles in allem ein gutes Gelegenheitsspiel für Zwischendurch! Vielen Dank das ich das Game testen durfte! @Krish

Relaxing game to bring focus and attention to solving visual puzzles, putting pieces together to earn more of the story. Soothing music adds to the vibe. This is perfect for when you want a calm, yet challenging experience. Interested in learning more about the story!

This has been a hard game for me, as it has been for many players, because we are in the process of or have already lost loved ones to Dementia/Alzheimer's. My Mom lost me within her disease just 2 weeks ago. That was a very tough visit, for both of us. But this game holds appeal for others, as well. Those who simply enjoy puzzles. even a bit of strategy, as you decide what you want to work on... decorating your room, to give you a tangible foothold in the here and now. Or will you work on your portraits, to help you sharpen your skills at your puzzle solving? It really is rather entertaining. I hope you enjoy it.

The game is nice and relaxing. The art style is different, but not bad. It took me a little to figure out how the controls worked, but this isn't my usual style of game. I absolutely love playing it, and am enjoying doing a puzzle or two a day. I'm sure I'll have enough game play for several weeks or relaxation as I need it

This is a game that has a story to tell! Originally one may think that this is just a jigsaw puzzle game, but as it turns out there's a sense of progression not shown in the trailers (Shown only in an image). Not only do you unlock entries but you also unlock upgrades with Somna (This games currency), which allows for the player to solve puzzles faster through the use of powers. As you do better you will also start to notice the music dynamically changing throughout you're puzzle!

Fellow tester on this beautiful game. It is a wonderful puzzle game with a lot of heart. The solo dev is an inspiring creator who has really molded this into something special and not to be missed. If you are a fan of puzzle games, give this a try, and don’t forget to hug the ones you love along the way.

Emerge pressed against my memories of caring for my grandmother when I was young, but in a beautiful, gentle way. I love puzzle games and at its surface, Emerge is a lovely puzzle adventure. You can rebuild Maya's room, filled with her beautiful things, and everything you unlock makes puzzling all the more pleasant. With every puzzle you complete, you unlock a memory hidden within the main character Maya. And thus Emerge shows its heart. So many memories have been lost, but with your help Maya can find some peace and foundation to who she is. Guided by your faithful cat companion, enjoy the quiet moments of completing a puzzle and then dive deeper into what was and what then came to be. I have had the pleasure of testing this game as it took shape, so I received this copy for free, but will be gifting it to friends I know will enjoy it. I was excited to test as I have enjoyed other games by this developer for some years now.
