The game definitely still has room for improvement. The tutorial felt quite difficult and confusing at times, and some UI elements are not always intuitive, especially in the early hours. Because of this, it was occasionally unclear what to do next or where to go. That said, despite these issues, the game has a genuinely interesting core that is already well implemented. I constantly felt curious and motivated to explore the world further, to see what would open up next, which tools I would unlock, and what buildings I could interact with or restore. Resource gathering and repairing buildings feel meaningful, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant and chill. Overall, the foundation is strong and engaging. With a clearer tutorial and some UX improvements, this game has the potential to become something really special.

While many games feature a retro 2D pixel art aesthetic, this one felt nostalgic in its core gameplay, with balance reminiscent of old SNES titles. I enjoyed spending short stretches of time on weekday evenings, gradually gathering funds for expensive machinery items, repeating gathering tasks to level up. The leisurely pace felt satisfying, and watching the town slowly rebuild was rewarding. The World-building of tropical sci-fi made the post-reconstruction facilities unexpectedly exciting. There were bugs, but they were fixed after I reported them. The support system was thorough, even rescuing save data. I am grateful to the game developers. Currently, I'm aiming for the planet's underground to uncover the truth. Interesting aesthetic, seems like it has potential, but the game is just a mess. UI is super inconsistent - no UI windows have close buttons, some you have to use a key, some you have to walk away from the window. Some world items you activate with E, some you activate with a left click. Machines are weird - for example, it takes hours (in-game) to chop a handful of wood, and once you start a machine you cannot access it to see progress or to add more wood. It doesn't seem like you can ordinarily talk with other people (but sometimes they randomly pop up and talk at you). Dialogues don't always make sense. The map is bound to "B" not "M", when it works and it doesn't always work. (Note: this review is for version 1.2)
