Editing this review and leaving a reply to Dev further down below: This game LOOKED alright from the trailers, I learned about it through Kirk Collect's videos... This.... it just feels really, really bad and not ready for Early Access. The game's video intro is a blatant generative A.I. cartoon using generative A.I. speech... The gameplay feels really bad and janky... 4 bullets from your machine gun will make walls explode as if they had C4 on them, but only SOME walls -- because walls that look exactly the same do explode and some don't. Moving around feels horrible, nothing is comprehensive enough. The sound is just abysmal, you won't be able to hear most of what is being said (through GenAI voices) because sound balancing simply wasn't done in here at all. The game's fisheye camera perspective is nauseating and extremely overdone. The gameplay is an absolute mess in the current state of the game. The game currently feels really bad and I would not recommend it for now. Let's see how that pans out in the future.
Reply to dev
Hey, appreciate that you took the time to leave a reply Kirk Collects: The game was indeed featured at least once in the Kirk Collects videos in the video titled "Unreal Tournament 2004 RETURNS!!! + Steam Next Fest Demos and Upcoming FPS Games" in the upcoming games segment. I am also almost certain I wishlisted your game a while ago because it was shown for a bit longer in another one of Kirk Collets videos. Transparency: Thing is it feels like you've used AI in much more than just the intro video and voice overs. The game's banner image is also AI, some assets look like they're AI, and I didn't look into it, but considering how the game feels, I'd be ready to bet there's generative AI in the game's code too. While it's true that you're a solo dev and I completely understand the struggle, cutting corners in many aspects (even if just visuals) will give off the impression that maybe you don't care that much about the game. There are artists that will make images for you that will look way less like "lazy" GenAI that won't charge much and will look much better and will give your game a way better first impression. The short video at the beginning could've just been scroll down text. We don't need the bad AI art and AI voice over. It just makes everything look bad and cheap. I'd really, reaaally strongly recommend you get rid of it. If you can find an artist later for that, cool. If you don't, that's fine man, we can totally live without the bad GenAI intro. Cut all the GenAI content! Audio & Camera: Yeah, there's volume adjustment in the options, but some voices are loud, some are low -- their audio files are not balanced equally. The audio files you're using should be balanced at the same volume for voice overs, otherwise it's gonna cause problems like this. Anyways, again, the GenAI voice acting is really, really bad. We can totally live without it until you can afford some voice acting. Fisheye: I appreciate you adding a toggle on a future update, the fisheye filter can be a real problem to some players and cause nausea. I'm sure you can work on most of these issues if you really want this project to stand out more, but the launch is currently in a really rough shape. We've seen games turn around before. Who knows, maybe you can turn this around too.
it's a good idea, a good gameplay, a mix of shooting and horror. I love games like this, and I hope the developers will continue to develop this story. I highly recommend playing it.
Pure trash and high at the same time . You're destroying everything around you, the enemies are coming, and you're just enjoying the chaos in hell. The plot is strange, and the atmosphere is psychedelic
The destructibility here is better than in AAA games. This is a mega-dynamic shooter with tons of weapons, locations, and enemies. Its unique feature is that everything around you doesn't just break, it beautifully shatters into tiny pieces. And coupled with such detailed, realistic graphics, it's a captivating spectacle. This is a game that won't let you get bored. If you enjoy wandering through large, well-made worlds and hunting monsters while smashing everything around, give it a try. Okay, so i'll be honest and say i got a free code from the dev on instagram and the material shown does leave a good impression, but after playing for around half an hour or so it just feels really, really bad and not ready for Early Access. as other's have pointed out- The game's video intro is a an AI generated cartoon using AI speech, while it doesn't look bad or sound bad, i personally don't condone the use of AI, The gameplay feels really janky and just throws you in with a gun after expecting you to figure out what to do and honestly, it does feel really bad and janky, a couple bullets from your gun will make walls explode but only a few walls. some walls don't break and look the same, as much as people hate the common yellow paint thing in games, it could be useful having some sort of indication on what you can break and not break. in the game, there's also enemies, in form of some sort of ghost that runs around at unnatural speeds and can attack you, they're very difficult to see, i'd prefer making them more noticable. Moving around feels horrible, nothing is comprehensive enough and you're expected to figure out things yourself, which i like to an extent, but not to this extent. The sound is just pretty poorly mixed, you won't be able to hear most of what is being said (through GenAI voices) because sound balancing simply wasn't done in here at all from what i can hear. The game in it's current state isn't something i'd recommend. it currently feels really bad and needs a lot of work. i'd avoid the AI generated content and make it more of a read to progress kinda thing, and hope the game shapes up to be good, i don't expect a AAA release since it's a single dev working on it, but it needs work before i can recommend it. once i revisit the game down the line, i'll update this review
Interesting exotic theme and relaxing gameplay, I liked playing it.
Patlamalı şeyler seviyorsanız güzel bir oyun patlama efektleri güzel optimize edilmiş gibi
Hey, I'm so glad the full version has launched in Early Access. I tested your demo in early January 2026 and uploaded it to YouTube—that guy from Germany xD. I like it just as much, if not more, than the demo, and I'm looking forward to seeing more little things added. Thanks for the awesome game; it's definitely something different from what you usually see & I love the visuals, the effects, and the music.. 🙂 Best regards from Germany My system : R7 7700, 9070XT, 32GB 6000Mhz & 3440x1440
