EDEN: A Genesis Through Time

Old school action-adventure. So far I've unlocked 1 of the 4 possible endings.

This game is actually GAAASSS, old school gaming, honestly a great old school gaming style, very mysterious, gotta play if you like lore searching and Sci-Fi theme, if not, you ain't got class... Truly a genius in the works.

LOVED IT!!!!! Great game with classic style! A game that makes you think and figure out your way around the game as you progress, something that most games nowadays fail to do. The creativity of the creator shines here. Hope there is a sequel to this.

You play as a strong independent black woman that don't need no man. Game runs on Steamdeck but needs controller support.

It's a fairly simple and short game, although I'm sure it was a challenge to pull it off in RPGMaker. At first glance it bears a heavy resemblance to Project Firestart (C-64), however that game from 1988 is still more cinematic and "grandiose" than this one. It's a little bit rough at the edges, but it kept me coming back and trying new things and unlocking every ending. For less than 1 euro (on sale) 5 hours of fun is nothing short of a good deal.

I adore this game, it's short & charming. The tracks found in each room give off certain vibes and atmosphere that really set the mood for the game, a classic experience. The puzzles surprisingly remind me of old Sierra games, the likes of Space Quest as well as it's art direction in the sense that everything is uniquely designed and stylized, looking like a product of the times it was inspired by. Exploration & reading is rewarded well with notes and lore from the world it sets with some fun references to other Sci-Fi titles. The boss music has to be my favorite track, worth unlocking the fight to give it a listen to.

Good space horror adventure.

Nothing but love for this inspired indie Gem. Actually made me stop and think for a bit, got the bad ending anyway. Hah! It really makes you want to dive back in and see what you missed. 'commended.

Great old school feel. like the techno music.

I usually tend to stray from pixel games but EDEN was genuinely so entertaining that I got absolutely hooked. The story is so captivating, the attention to detail, an abundance of information hidden throughout the map, and oh my lord THE MUSIC. Wholeheartedly appreciate the addition of WASD keys due to having a 60% keyboard so now I'll be able to replay comfortably, but EDEN was 100% worth the pain in the ass of having to hold down a function key the whole time.
