A small-scale action platformer that adds nothing new but at the same time doesn't break anything. You take the role of an ordinary guy who wants to become an adventurer. Once he puts on his armor and grabs a sword from his neighbor, he heads to the guild to ask for a job. Nothing in this game stands out compared to many other titles in the genre. You roam around defeating creatures, fulfilling tasks, grabbing loot, and upgrading. But everything is smaller and more simple. There are only one or two quests per location, and there is only one path you can go. Enemies aren't difficult to defeat because your large blade has a long reach. Every enemy gives a few points to the level up bar and drops loot that can be exchanged for money at the guild. You will notice a small increase in health and damage with each level up, and it’s possible to turn yourself into a killing machine that destroys basic enemies with a single strike. You also have a special attack and a dodge maneuver to help you avoid danger. Although they require a few seconds to recharge, they are so fast that they will never be a hindrance during combat encounters. The appealing feature of both is that you can purchase new moves and use the one you desire. You can switch between basic uppercut and spinning attack, as well as basic dodge and shadow teleport. There are six moves for each. While death is common, it means nothing because you can get up on the spot by pressing the button. You lose all of your money, but there aren't many things you can do with it. The only intriguing thing is a pair of shoes that allow you to jump higher, while health flasks appear to be a waste of money when you don't need them. Since the game makes death trivial, I have a strong hunch that there is a secret ending if you complete the game without dying. The game runs well and without glitches. The only issue I noticed was that some of the text was not translated into English. This doesn’t matter much because there are no difficult concepts or mechanics that would prevent you from enjoying the game. It might take you around 1-2 hours to see the end.
