Unbelievable experience. Fun. Shmovement on max. flow-y. light body feel, heavy feet without feeling like cinderblocks. perfect momentum building and max top speed for fights in very well designed areas.
pretty good. in a strange twist, it feels like it's got less meat on its' bones than Severed Steel, even with ng+ and all that. I blew through the entire proper "campaign" (if you could call it that?) in my entire 4 hour playtime as of posting. gonna go back at some point and continue to have my fun with this but it's fairly light. digestible, but if you want something more substantial/longer lasting maybe look elsewhere. i'd give this a 6.25/10

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really fun movements. Works well on Linux. Had some issues with fps at some spots where it went from 360 down to 100ish fps. I bet that will be worked upon. But otherwise it's so far a really fun game. Movement system makes the game what it is, Fun!
good guns: check good sound effects: check good movement: check flips?: check speed?: check good game: check must play: check Have I forgotten anything? Probably, yes. Well if I forgot something about the game, that means it isn't bad, right?
3.4 hours in and this game is absolute gold. The movement is arguably the best in the bizz, the world is just pure fun to explore, the combat has enough depth for flair and style but its not going to destroy your motivation with horrendous difficulty. On normal mode it feels just right but i cant wait to crack up the difficulty in NG+ now that the muscle memory is setting in. The game is pure old school fun with a lean gameplay loop thats addictive.
10/10 Will flip into void again.
Great game and really fun! I put down the game for a couple months and came back to the new update and had a blast skating around the new map.
+++ Extremely fun and deep traversal, amazing maps ++ Fun and easy exploration (Flags) ++ Awesome combat and boss fights + Nice visuals + Fun post-game challanges + Nice music - Rogue mode - Rare performance issues The biggest positive point is easily the extremely fun and deep traversal. I needed some time to get used to it, but once it "clicked" I literally flew through the map, killing enemies left and right. With levels your speed increases as well. Working in tandem with the traversal, are the amazing maps, they are pretty large and completely open to explore, with MANY different ways to progress. The powers you get only serve to enhance your options for this matter. Speaking of exploration: the flag-based progress system was an amazing choice, which makes 100%-ing the game very easy and motivating. The combat is awesome, killing enemies with many different weapons while flying around was very cool all around. This culminates in 4 boss fights, which are visually stunning and very fun as well. The highlight was definitely the final boss and the way to get to it. The visuals are nice, they are readable and look pretty clean. After you finish the game, I recommend doing the post-game challanges, which are fun as well and mix up the gameplay a lot. The second map Under the Clouds adds water, which you can skate on, as well as underwater combat, which felt like great additions. It also looks great! Only neagtive is the Rogue mode, which is completely broken balance wise, since enemies two-shot me even at lower difficulties. Needless to say, I left that behind rather quickly, as it felt like a huge waste of time, since I also had to restart the run after every death!
