Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

What EA did well. - New custom adjustments (macros) - Faster/Cleaner setups on Defense - Zone-Style playing such as conservative or aggressive - Better man coverage - Introduction of jostling a receiver What EA did wrong. - Meters, meters, and more meters (now there is a catching meter which is OP): Meters are TERRIBLE when playing online because of lag. - Tackling is horrible (everyone bounces off of Derrick Henry even a linebacker using a hit stick) - Franchise is more in depth, but I just want to play the next game and not worry with every little addition I now have to take time to delegate What Madden needs - Madden used to teach how to read defense: Bring this back - There should be a training camp that teaches football: What is 4-3, when do you choose 4-3, what is a nickel, what is a dime, who covers who: Teach the game - Have a training camp on the new macro custom adjustments: This is constant back and forth, close custom adjustments, open training camp to check what changed, repeat All in all I do recommend Madden 27. It's frustrating in many ways when there is no competition that forces EA to really step up their game. It's unfortunate, but the game isn't absolute garbage. I will always stand by that no digital game should ever cost the same as a physical copy and a game that comes out yearly should never exceed $40.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a madden before. Usually you know what to get basically a $70 roster update but this one just played so terrible. I’ve bought every Madden since Madden 15 maybe i didn’t quite give it enough time but usually you’re able to jump into a h2h off rip but the game was so booty it was unplayable this is my first game I’ve ever requested a refund for
Madden 27 is still not the major on-field evolution some players have been waiting for. The core football action remains familiar, occasionally messy, and held back by the usual bugs that tend to follow the series. That said, it is not without its fun, and the improvements to Franchise and Superstar give the game a stronger reason to keep pulling players back in. It feels like Madden is gradually moving toward something better, especially in its long-term modes, but it still has plenty of work to do before it feels like a true breakthrough.
The game is still broken. I cant progress in Franchise without the game crashing every time. Superstar mode is full of bugs. You cant call a hurry up due to the play bugging out and forcing you to run with your QB (QB superstar) if you try to spike the ball to stop the clock it wont let you snap the ball once lined up. EA released this game but it should have been announced as a beta test. Its absolutely ridiculous. Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor RAM: 31 GB Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Primary VRAM: 16 GB
While they made genuinely nice improvements to franchise finally and while I haven't crashed once yet or experienced any performance issues yet, the gameplay with timing based catching is so dog-poop that I feel compelled to turn it off entirely. Also a lot of people ARE experiencing crashing and performance issues even on high-end systems. I DO like the tush push meter so that now the tush push is NOT a guaranteed thing anymore. Announcers are still identical to Madden 26 and presentation is also nearly identical to Madden 26. Even with green level catching receivers STILL drop perfectly placed and timed balls, players magically bounce off tackles. Defenses on cover 2 man or cover 1 STILL leave receivers wide open often times as well. This is the glitchiest Madden since Madden 21. They fixed the playbook bug, but there is a new wear and tear practice bug that unintentionally destroys players in full-padded practices, and even if you turn wear and tear to 1% for games the effect is so bad in practice that your players will be at high-severe wear and tear regardless from a full-padded practice OR injured. This has led to elite playoff teams like the Broncos, Seahawks, Bears, etc to lose half of their roster to practice induced w&t in franchise mode and go 5-11 while teams like the Raiders or Titans make it to the super bowl. Also pretty positive that the negotiations with players is broken in franchise mode as well, and Madden content creators like RBT have crashed out over it because you waste a lot of time negotiating with players who ultimately repeat the same answers and go into a circle. CANNOT recommend the game right now until they get a big patch fixing all of these things. Has potential to be the best Madden in years if they do fix these glitches and overhaul the franchise mode negotiations. Also, DO NOT spend a penny on Ultimate Team, BOYCOTT ULTIMATE TEAM. You can avoid buying the game every year, EA does not care about sales, they strictly care about the people spending hundreds to thousands on UT.
I have not bought a Madden game since 2019 or 2020, but I have tried most years on the 10 hour Trial on gamepass over the years and never wanted to buy any of the recent ones. This year I did the same and tried the 10 hour Trial and I liked it enough to grab the standard version of this years Madden. The Good: - The Running game is vastly improve in this edition, I have no played for awhile but last time I played the running game was near existent and didn't work very well. This year though the Runnign game is a legit aspect and will help you a ton. - The Playbook and playcalling is MUCH better this year, tons of options and customizations, this is a real nice improvement from the last time I played. - Fantasy Mode is improved with some nice additions, this is the mode I play the most - The game runs well, so far I have played 10 hours on the 10 hour Trial on gamepass and 7 hours on the Steam version and I have had no fps dips and zero crashes, well optimized and zero crashes so far. - The Presentation and Graphics are is very well done, it feels like you are in a football game, this aspect is a nice improvement to from when I last played. - Gameplay overall is well done, the game is fun to play and feels like real NFL football, from the defense, to the passing, to the running game all prety well done this year. - I also like th enew feature with the QB sneak/QB push move, it works nicely and adds to the game when down near the goaline. The Bad: - The Commentary is horrible, this lady doesn't fit in at all, it has nothing to do with her being female as I LOVE Doris Burke in the NBA, this lady is just terrible at it. Also so many mistakes in the commentary... one time I scored a TD and they said there was a saftey. Another time they said there was a First down when I got a Safety and another time they said INT when there was a sack. - To many Microtransactions, I can play and enjoy the game without them but that doesn't take away the fact they are still in the game when they shouldn't be. I will never buy a microtransaction that makes things easier or your character better. - Lastly there is a bug when I call a no huddle offense where the QB lines up to the side of the Center for a few seconds, before then going back in his place, it is a silly little thing but it annoys me when I am trying to play fast and go no huddle, please fix this Like I said I have not played this game in many years and playing the 10 hour trial never made me want to pay for it after doing so. But this year I felt like buying the game after I played the 10 hour trial on gamepass. It is not perfect but for me as someone who hasn't played in 6-7 years, this was one modern Madden game that I wanted to buy.
This game along with College Football 27, when you play games vs the CPU is 100 % Scripted on how the outcome of the game will be. Doesn't matter how hard you sweat to try to win, you can bet your sweet A**CHeeks that the Monkeys who coded this game, you will LOSE. It has been going on since College football 25 and this year they turned up the SCRIPTING GARBAGE. Thanks for the free trial, wont buy this crap now.
cannot play franchise without it crashing. absolute laugh riot coming from such a large and well known game creator. i would expect bugs and visual defects from a small studio but EA. Then yall want us to play top dollar for this. DO BETTER!
Haven't bought madden in about 3 years and decided to give it a try, shouldn't have cause its the same game with a new coat of paint. Save your cash.
