Dusty Revenge:Co-Op Edition

Doesn't run on Win10. Should no longer be allowed to be sold on Steam.

Looked enjoyable but unfortunately this game just will not work. No matter what I have attempted to do, it is always solid black screen, few seconds later the sound begins to play but I am stuck locked into the black screen. There is no method to alt + tab, task manager, minimized, etc to get out of the game either as they are all stuck behind the black screen. A hard reset is required to get out. Without a fix, this game is broken sadly.

Game does not work whatsoever. Every time I start it, my monitor turns blank and nothing happens. Most annoying ist that once that happens, there is no way you can stop the game running, neither Alt+F4 nor windows-button nor task manager work. So you hav to manually switch off your computer every time. As you can see from other reviews and from the forums, this problem has persisted for years and developers could not be assed to fix it. The fix that is proposed in the forums has also stopped working. Gonna ask for a refund, ♥♥♥♥ this game.

I could play it years ago, on my previous computer. Now the game doesn't work on Windows 10 machines as I can see from my experience and the forums. What a pity. 😢

[h1] Apparently not that bad. Have some redeeming qualities like decent combo system and plenty of different attacks, dodges and such. Enemies are varied. Stages have plenty of platforming and battles and each stage ends with powerful boss. Clearly inspired by DMC and similar games. For beat'em up it's better than many mediocre games in this genre. "Dusty Revenge:Co-Op Edition" is a console-esque furry friendly 2D platformer/brawler with a Wild West theme as you guide an anthropomorphic rabbit on a quest for revenge. Gameplay consists of hybrid platformer and arcade style versus fighting with combos and some degree of progression, as you move further into the game you unlock more stuff. Subject matter aside this should be a viable premise for a game, but the implementation here is lacklustre. Controls are janky. If you were inclined to use a console peasant children's toy gamepad to play this console-esque game, you'd be disappointed. One can only wonder why this never got a console launch, considering it's basically a console game, but then the consoles have stricter QA than Steam does. The combat is janky and unsatisfying. While the questionable art looks professionally done, that doesn't translate to smooth animations. This isn't the greatest brawler out there, and most reviews indicate massive game breaking technical bugs. Many of the problems spring from the largely obsolete Torque Game Builder engine used to make the game. This just isn't worth $15 USD. If it's not good enough for consoles, it's absolutely not good enough for PC.

корявый кусок гoвна и винда 10ка такая же, не может справиться с этой кучей. после запуска - черный экран, музон, что-то там нажимается, но сделать ничо нельзя, даже перезагрузка не пашет а только принудительное выключение

Its OK. The combat, art style, story, animation, really everything are just ok. There are a few cool ideas and it scratches my itch for a side action hack and slash platformer... but I kept wishing I was playing Shank the entire time. Get it on sale and have a couple hours of fun, but there are better games out there.
