True platformer game (with some combat) that gives nostalgia from old playstation games, but visualy very nice and new Very good story
A really good love letter to the PS2 era of platformer games. Calling back to Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, and a littler bit of Kingdom hearts. It has a really nice story about dealing with grief and loss. Combat is a little simple just a basic three hit combo and some special attacks you earn throughout the game. At first it is simple but the further you go the more tricky enemies get keeping you on your toes. The levels are linear straight forward A to B paths to each chain you have to reach. with secrets to find if you look hard enough. That being said some secrets felt hard to find even with the later movement options. Would have been nice to at least have some sort of hint system telling you if you are al least close to them. Which is weird since two items you do collect the game does tell you if you are close so you think they could add hints for the other ones. Overall this game was a blast and a nice surprise for a game I only play once on the next fest demo. I hope to see more games from these devs in the future.

This game has no business looking and playing this good! The artistry and color palette found in the environments reminds me so much of older, hand drawn Disney movies. Character models appear like they come from more classic PS2 games. I'm not too far in, but I can't remember the last time a game impressed me visually like this. It also doesn't hurt that the controls feel quick and very responsive. If you've ever played Jak and Daxter, you should feel right at home with this. I'd highly recommend picking this up.
What an artful experience that truly brings back that nostalgia of the platform games on PS2, but more updated and with a smoother experience. I have been thoroughly enjoying the environments, the different kinds of upgrades are very fun, and the writing has been a fun amount of cheeky~ The elements of grief hit well, and I'm excited to see where the ending takes us. For any true lover of platformers, you'll def want to check this game out. It feels just like the older games, but it is a new experience I'm glad to have.
Fun game so far Absolutely gorgeous vistas and skybox Music is nice to listen to Gameplay is very smooth and the jump is good (the most important part of a platformer)
