Only played a little and i already love the story and the vibes this game brings me back to. They were not lying saying it was inspired by ps2 games. My only real problem and the reason i am not playing more before writing this is the game has some pretty insane artifacting. My pc is more than capable and I don't have that happen often, so its not my pc. i know it is a small dev team, so i am sure it will be fixed soon and i cant wait to hop back in!
It's just a fun, old-school style video game. It knows what it is, and isn't trying to preach or sell you something.

A really well done updated take on the old classic 3D action platformers of older consoles like the PS2 or original Xbox, with beautiful visuals and music and giant levels with lots of exploration. The platforming is fast and tight. The regular combat isn't up to the same level but is still fine, and the many boss fights are very fun. The story and atmosphere are just what you'd expect from the visuals (that is, very straightforward and suitable for a younger audience). I wish there was a map feature, but the game already gives you a lot of value for its low price.
There's a lot to like here, but you have to really have patience for the movement feeling kinda bad, the combat feeling kinda bad, the world being huge and empty, and the story being pretty clunky. It doesn't live up to the promise of being like the PS2 era platformers you loved, but it does a serviceable job of scratching at that nostalgia just enough to keep you engaged. I think the Kingdom Hearts similarities pretty much completely begin and end with the protagonist's design, so I wouldn't expect it to feel like those games at all. It's really loudly FINE, and I would pick it up on sale for like $15, but it's not worth the $30 asking price. An easy 6/10 if you're looking to turn your brain off and can deal with the sloppy controls and combat.
Recomendado totalmente.
Are you looking for a PS2 game? You found it. Duskfade gives the appearance of a Kingdom Hearts game but it really plays more like a melee Ratchet and Clank. I recommend it, especially if you know going in that you are getting more of a PS2 B games with all it's quirks. Pros: - Presentation - Gameplay feel - Bosses Battles Cons: - Stale Progression - Gated exploration (Have to revisit the zones after you get ALL powerups) - Unrewarding exploration (Often rewarded with currency that is very easy to be maxed out on)

A exploração é o grande destaque.
⭐ Minha nota pessoal: 8 / 10
