It's basically EtG with loser controls, better progression but far less content. Definitely worth a playthrough

Fun little twin stick shooter. Takes a bunch of its cues from Gungeon, but not nearly as deep. Good way to pass the time.

Bought this game yesterday to add another Roguelike to my library, and I'm feeling "pretty good" about the purchase so far. If you're a fan of games like "Nuclear Throne" or "Enter the Gungeon" (twin-stick shooters), this game will be something of interest. First few runs are going to be tough (until you get some upgrades in town using the in-game currency (tech) obtained in your runs). After a few runs and some unlocks, you'll start cruising through the game much easier (hopefully)! Biggest drawbacks (for me) so far: 1. Radiation damage (green bullets) do tick damage and will absolutely destroy your health bar in no time. Food doesn't do much without upgrades to improve drop-rate and potency early on, so it's extremely frustrating when you have several enemies shooting radiation damage at once. 2. The dev(s) seems to be AWOL. The last update/comment from a developer was in November of 2021, and nothing has been heard since. Since this is an "Early Release" game, I was really looking for AT LEAST some comments about future releases (or even "nothing new" messages from developers). Ultimately, I spent like $11 on the game, so I can't complain about minor details. Good luck!

Enter the Gungeon, with a splash of Nuclear Throne, and a progression system that the other 2 are lacking. Awesome music and cool character design make this a winner. It's also in EA so who knows how deep this is going to go, as it stands right now I feel it well worth the purchase, and cant wait for more. Seeing others have clocked many hours into this one I feel I have to play more. Awesome game, but please make it work with Playnight. This is the only game in my library that will not work with it. Kudos...

Spaßiger Rogue lIke dungeon Crawler. Als Indie Entwickler (Dead Age 1+2) bin ehrlich gesagt überrascht, wenn nicht sogar schockiert, dass das Spiel so wenige gekauft haben. Es hat ne gute Pixel Grafik, gute Top Down Shooter Action und nette Rogue Like Mechaniken, die durchaus süchtig machen können. Wer das liest und Top Down Action mag, sollte dem Spiel mal eine Chance geben.

7/10 "Enter The Nuclear Gungeon Throne" or maybe "Enter Nuclear The Throne Gungeon?" Not quite as tight, funny or well put together as it's parents, but still a decent game. Suffers from lack of boss variety and only one character as well as being quite short. Much simpler game play too, no secrets, no curses, bonus levels, time limits and less of everything. Still worth a play though.
