About
Welcome to Dumbville's least reputable construction company! Dumb Ways to Build is a physics-based co-op game filled with deadly construction jobs that no sane crew would touch. Safety violations are likely, survival is optional, and your co-workers are the real occupational hazard. It is time to rally your crew and put your building skills (and friendships) to the ultimate test!
Grab, rotate, and throw anything not bolted down to use as makeshift building materials. Fire your trusty nail gun to staple together sketchy bridges, ramps, and structures. You and your crew must work together to build your own platforms, solve deadly challenges and escape the jobsite.

Teamwork makes the dream work... but in Dumbville, it usually just gets everyone killed. Gather a team of up to four friends to build together or face the chaos alone in Solo Play! Utilize a tool belt full of physics-based hardware that can either help or derail your crew. Will you take a sledgehammer to that steel beam, or ‘accidentally’ launch your buddy off a roof? The choice is yours!
Take on distinctly dangerous Crisis Jobs, each requiring teamwork and inventive tool usage! Dive headfirst into hazard-filled maps, each one filled with unique secrets and challenges, rewarding dedicated builders with unlockable cosmetics and extra challenge modes.
Customize your own Bean character and jump into the living world of Dumb Ways to Die, where workplace accidents, bad decisions and hilarious consequences are just another day on the job.

there is a banana nail gun. i love it
Dumb Ways to Build is a 1-4 player physics-based co-op game where a crew of customizable Beans takes on dangerous construction jobs using whatever materials and tools they can get their hands on. You physically move building pieces into place, nail together questionable structures, complete objectives, and try to survive the jobsite long enough to get paid. Pros ✔️ The physics are really good - Everything feels just unstable enough to make building funny without making it completely random. Holding a piece in place while someone else nails it down, watching the force shift the whole structure, or creating a shortcut that really should not work is where a lot of the fun comes from. ✔️ The missions give you plenty of reasons to replay them - Crisis Jobs have a bunch of extra certifications beyond simply reaching the end. Things like finishing under a time limit, avoiding deaths, finding hidden interactions or hauling some stupid object across the level made me want to go back and completely max them out. ✔️ It is a VERY good co-op game - The proximity chat works well, the Beans are cute and customizable, and construction naturally forces everyone to coordinate around whatever terrible plan you have collectively decided is going to work. The few jobs we played were already different enough that I wanted to see what the rest had waiting for us. Cons ❌ Some of the extra tools feel underused - There are trampolines and other weird pieces of equipment to mess with, but I did not feel like the jobs we played gave enough reason to actually use some of them beyond creating additional nonsense. ❌ Certifications do not always trigger properly - We completed a few objectives in ways that seemed like they absolutely should have counted, only for the game not to register them. The hotel letter objective was one of the clearest examples. ❌ Some mechanics need clearer teaching - The game does not always explain what its stranger tools and interactions are capable of. Even something like nailing from a distance can physically push the object you are trying to attach, so sometimes figuring out how the physics want you to do something becomes more difficult than the actual job. Conclusion Dumb Ways to Build is probably one of my fun games of the year. There is something incredibly satisfying about spending ten minutes constructing the worst structure anyone has ever seen, looking at it with your friends, and collectively deciding that yeah, this will probably hold. We only made it through a couple of jobs and I already wanted to go back for the certifications we missed and see what other workplace disasters were waiting for us. At around $10 CAD when I played it, I would have no problem buying another copy if someone else wanted to join the crew. Score 9/10 Workplace Violations - If it stays standing long enough to finish the job, I say it's structurally sound.
感觉单人玩下来手和脑子要分家了,合作的话不错
very fun with friends and id love to see more locations
Amazing game, its fun with friends, and its comedic most of the times. I would love for more updates soon, which im sure are on the way, but as for now its genuinely a great game.
재미는 있다 근데 맵이 3개에 난이도 2개뿐인 처참한 내용물 여러 도전과제는 존재하지만 굳이? 라는 생각이 든다
