Looking for bad horror? Then look no further! It only takes about 10 minutes to realize how big of a steaming pile of turds Duder is. The game is essentially a Slenderman clone, as you have to run around a spooOOoOoOooky forest and find 7 "truths", aka notes, in order to access some church; all the while being chased by a deranged psychopath named... Duder. The notes themselves aren't difficult to find; their placements are stagnant, and you're led around by trails and candle light. Learning their locations is easy. The problem is the god awful AI, yep... Mr. Duder himself, which is an unrelenting and broken mess. Taking into account that a stalking AI is the only real "feature" in this game, and that "feature" is game-breakingly broken, is pathetic to say the least. It doesn't matter if you crouch or stand, if you sneak around or run, if you leave your flashlight off or on, Duder will find you. If you run fast and long enough, you'll eventually leave him in the dust... but not for long. The AI system in this game is set to where it knows your location at all times, and it simply depends on how far away it is from you or if you're in its line of sight as to whether or not it saunters toward you, or bolts straight at you. You have to constantly be on the move, which would be easy enough if there wasn't a hidden stamina meter constantly depleting and eventually making you slower than a 90 year old. Worse yet, the "heartbeat system", aka the terror radius that audibly tells you how close the AI is, is broken. It'll just randomly disappear and then all of a sudden you're jumpscare mauled by some ugly SOB. To get out of the grapple hold of Duder you have to mash random assortments of keys, which aren't on the screen long enough for you to read and start mashing accordingly before you die. Yeah, real fun. Couldn't think of any better way to spend my time. So what else could the developer slather over top of this awful abomination to make it even worse? Graphic that are way too dark, really bad fog "atmosphere" (think overlayed Photoshop effects), a flashlight that doesn't do anything at all except highlight notes if it's shining directly on them, no coherent story, and a nauseating headbob effect that can't be turned off. Oh, and if you have VR it fffffffffking turns that on, too, so now I have to reboot my system. Words cannot express how sick and annoyed I am of developers that can't turn off the VR feature in Unreal Engine. Now, granted Duder can be bought on sale for somewhere around $0.66 CAD, but its full price of $6.69 CAD is exactly why people have become so skeptical of buying any indie horror titles. Trash like this sweeps good little hidden gems out of the way, and it's infuriating to say the least. I bought this game during the Lunar Sale 2020 specifically to round my purchase up to an even dollar, and I regret it. What a waste of 10 minutes. 1/10 Rating There are many problems, but I’ll name a few. Not a lot of menu options to choose from. Bad graphics and game play. The screenshots in the store page looks better than the actual game. Somehow the Duder knows where you are if you are hiding which is ridiculous. Not recommended at all. Please don’t buy this game.

Что я могу сказать, сердце бьеться все время,это логично,но бьется как бешаннй олень,притом чтоэто ДУДЛЕР может быть на другом конце карты Записки обноружить крайне сложно, их не видно,звука нет - пока ты в плотную к ней не подойдешь, т.е нужно исследовать каждое дерево - это очень долго и безсмысленно. Не хочеться играть в игру к которой 20 метров и смотреть каждое дерево со всех сторон. Очень ярко,не знаю почму так Настроек на это - нет. Если хотите с головой окунуться в русский инди-ужас, то ДУДЕР ваш выбор. Да, игра не отличается от любого из множества слендеров, но разве это недостаток? Признайтесь, мы все начали немного скучать по увлекательному поиску записок! Советую поддержать разработчика, тем более сегодня он обещал добавить сюжетный режим и улучшенный геймплей.

I was looking for a horror Indie game that have good story and make me want to play it in the future. I do not gonna lie, at the beginning I was intrigued, my thoughts were near as far as when first experienced Estranged. But all of that were suddenly vanishing when you have to collect notes. "Slendarman" is that you? In the end, the game is not even completed. You finish everything and your reward is [spoiler]to be continued...[/spoiler]. ♥♥♥♥ this kind of games. Seriosly.

垃圾游戏，打折3元也别买，虽然是虚幻4做的，开始界面就“new play,option, exit”三个选项, 中途按esc键，就只有“返回”和“退出”游戏两个选项，游戏开始告诉你基本操作，但内容不知道要干啥，没有剧情，环境乌漆嘛黑，全场只能找到5张truth（不知道为什么），还有一个面壁的人站在一个小屋子旁不知道干嘛，那个抓你的人神出鬼没，连步行模拟器都算不上，就这游戏也挂在steam卖37，作者是脑残，垃圾，垃圾，垃圾！
