Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Life is like an evil scheme, here on GlomTales Sharks and bombs and Scrooge’s screams, it cannae GlomFail Cannae top my grand plan, to beat that Scotsman GlomTales! Technically I’m Scottish as well GlomTales! Ugh—Scrooge stinks, Scrooge stinks, Scrooge stinks, Scrooge stinks GlomTales! [What’s next? Oh yeah!] C-C-C-CG, it’s so fancy Once Scrooge sees this, there’s no chance he Cannae compete with the glory of GlomTales! Bravest, strongest, and most modest, GlomTales! Okay, we ran out of budget, but kids six to ten will love it GlomTales! So anyway, 100/10 but screw those bats
This game has a charming premise and does a great job of bringing its famous cartoon characters to life in a fun and colorful adventure. Watching these iconic characters interact with the world is easily the highlight of the experience and will likely be even more enjoyable for players who have nostalgia for the original game. Unfortunately, the gameplay is held back by a frustrating design choice: levels reset after death. Since dying becomes increasingly likely as you progress deeper into a stage and encounter unfamiliar mechanics, this often means replaying several minutes of the same content just to get another attempt at a difficult boss fight. Instead of encouraging mastery, the repetition can make failure feel more tedious than motivating. The gameplay itself is fairly simple and doesn't evolve enough to stay engaging for long periods. While there is some fun to be had, the experience can become repetitive relatively quickly. In particular, the amount of time spent replaying content after mistakes makes the game feel less respectful of the player's time than many modern titles. That said, the game is reasonably priced and offers enough entertainment to justify its cost. Players with fond memories of the original will likely get more out of it than I did, but even without the nostalgia factor, it remains a pleasant if somewhat limited adventure.

Love the remastered edition and all the digital art you can see from the game.
Great remake of the original NES cart. The cartoon cutscenes are well made and acted and super cute! Very good platformer!
