Firstly I would like to let you know I have done a small video review of this game, check it out if you want: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhRAcz39wWg This game has a lot of potential. For its price I would certianly recommend giving it a try. I will say it is VERY fast paced. You dont have much time to get setup or to even see what to do. There is no tuturial as such so you just get "dropped" right in lol. Pros: -Nice Graphics for cheap game -Keeps you on your toes and always busy -Nice weapon selections -Great animations of the enemy "bugs/aliens" (however the earth like spiders look a little...childish) -Visually good looking in terms of terrain. But needs more maps! -Great for a quick match with you buddies (4 in total) in co-op! A lot of fun -Lots of power up and items available to help you slay the hoard -Fantastic audio and music! Cons: -No time to setup, I mean literally, you have about 8 seconds to regain your composure, pick weapons and upgrade your perks -Spider like aliens look kinda lame :-/ (but there are some really cool looking ones also -No places to hide or defend from, structures or rock formations -Lack of maps (only two so fat, expected from a early release) -More time to at least learn the game and what is what (micro tutorial needed for sure) -HE Grenades did not work? not sure why? -Some items are not explained as to how they work or can be used. Not sure if they work or not Overall I would give this game a 8/10 for a early release. Lots of potential, cheap but with some limitations on the size of maps and time to setup is far too short. Great game with friends! Give it a shot! Enjoy to all those who try it! Thanks again to the developer for allowing me to review the game. A lot more to come on my YouTube channel as I continue my bug slaying adventure lol! Matsimus Gaming

Game got abandoned, safe your money
abandoned. dont buy
Hi, I Bought a Game No One Can Play!
First screen you get when you start Dropship Down is a server selection screen. Connect to 'Asia & Oceania' "Failed to Authenticate through Steam" [booted] If no one can connect to any servers, and no one can play locally... what did I buy? Another notch in my library? Wasted HD space? I hope not! Maybe there is some support... Sorry, the dev's have been non-existent in the hub since Aug 2016 (almost a half year)... no updates... or even logged on to Steam since! The proof is in the pudding! ...but hey, at least they took this game off the Steam market! If this title shows up in a bundle don't assume that it holds any value! Avoid this headache!
I recommend this little title, it's fun and very low cost, it also has potential. The game needs more work to add more content and features, but it's a great starting point for them. I am concerned it doesn't have a defining factor that sets this apart from other horde mode games, but that is the bonus of early access is that new ideas and content are on the horizon. Please watch my video below for more information. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXhCXylYZIk

Graphics, The graphics good, animation and models could do with more detail. But all very acceptable.
Audio ,Weapons sounds are average, they could do with some nicer quality assets.
Gameplay, Currently a very solid state controls feel nice, fun gameplay, cheap and leader boards add replayability.
I was Given this to review and to tell the truth I was expecting to enjoy it but I did and infact I will be playing it a whole lot more. it's a simple pick-up and go game no need for super PC to run it. pros: easy to pick up and play. fast action. loads of weapons and power ups. Cons: well this bit's really hard as there are so many (joke) the text in places is almost unreadable due to the size and there is no tutorial but being as easy as it is to learn that doen't matter too much. 7/10 wiz coins
Servers down, can't play the game...wasted money. AVOID AT ALL COST.
The servers are down so you can't even play the game singleplayer.
Seems like I was too quick to judge this positively - the project has probably been abandoned. No updates for a long time.
