PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD A BASIC ENDLESS MODE, I WANNA BE ABLE TO JUST PLAY WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT ALL MY PROGRESS DISAPPEARING.

I love indie games and I understand that this is a work in progress. I'd really like to leave a positive review for this game because I can see the potential it has to be fun. But in its current form. it's a roguelike that dangles fun builds and mechanics in front of you and locks them behind RNG. It's incredibly difficult to get any sort of good build going when you have to play a plinko mini game to maybe get your upgrades after every round then hope to get lucky in the store before choosing your next matchup. There are a lot of different ball effects and not all of them are desirable (i.e, large balls and glass balls) but the amount of variety is the very thing that almost ensures that you won't get a build that works for the final few levels of each run. The pool mechanics are a little too basic for my taste and I kind of wish that there were things like ballspin mechanics to help you position your next shot or bonuses for combo shots or bank shots. Lastly, there's no pool table that doesn't favor either stripes or solids so when you're playing a stripe table it feels a bit like a slap in the face when you're only getting bosses and shop items that give solid upgrades. Again, this has the potential to be a really fun game but I just can't see myself returning to it if winning is more of a roll of the dice than a reward for good decision making.

Not at all worth the purchase price right now. Maybe a $5 game, but certainly not a $20 game. Quick time waster more than something with any depth to it.

Really fun Roguelite I had a blast with this game, so chill and accessible. Its basically 8 ball pool with some cool twists and pocket modifiers.

I like pool, I like roguelites. I like this game :) Seriously, it's lots of fun. And if they keep adding content, I'll be happier!
