Very interesting concept well executed. Not something Id play much of but for a free student project its great.
Drop-Off Duty is a surprisingly polished project for a student-developed game. The core gameplay is simple and easy to understand, but it still manages to be entertaining and engaging for longer sessions than expected. The controls feel responsive, and the game shows clear effort in both design and programming. What stands out the most is the creativity behind the concept. Even though it does not have the production value of a large commercial title, it demonstrates strong potential and a good understanding of game mechanics. The progression system and overall pacing keep the experience enjoyable without becoming repetitive too quickly. Considering this was developed by a student, the achievement is impressive. It reflects dedication, technical skill, and attention to detail. There are some areas that could be improved, such as adding more variety, polishing certain animations, or expanding the content, but the foundation is solid. Overall, Drop-Off Duty is a very promising indie-style project that deserves recognition for the work behind it. It is a great example of how student developers can create fun and memorable experiences with creativity and effort. ____ / \ | ^ ^ | | v | | \___/ | \_____/ ^_^

A lot of fun!
Fun gameplay and beautiful low-poly visuals. The effort behind this game really shows. What this small team of students built from scratch is genuinely impressive. GOTY material.
Está bueno...
Lovely game, very entertaining it took me some tries to win. There are a lot of things that could ruin easily the run, as a player you have to be careful a bunch of things, but the most funny one was when you mess up with pedestrians. They became enrage and push the truck far away, sometimes it serves to travel fast not gonna lie but those bastards will still follow you across the whole city haha. The music was perfect fit for this kind of game, it gives the gameplay a frenetic pace, it reminds me like being constantly under the star effects in Mario Bros. The city design is very cool, I think is well planned overall. Some of the shots where tricky but not impossible, there where some that you could even shot em in the middle of the air. The minimap was the thing I loved more, there were some details like the windmill rotating even in the top view of the minimap, very cool!
Fun game, a little frustrating at times, but still enjoyable.
