Edit: After figuring out how to move through the stages I can recommend this game, there is an issue with reloading but other than that it's good fun and you can try and beat other people's times. Played on HTC Vive, which I have hundreds of hours experience using. I started backwards in my space after I got to the first stage but I wasn't backwards before that. I'm confused as to why there is an orange wall blocking me from the targets on the first round. I also have no idea what the controls are other than the extremely awkward grab mechanic and shooting, and am unsure if there are any more than that because the tutorial told me basically nothing. Also none of the numbers work properly so I can't even score myself. Whenever I shoot my gun it makes the elapsed time move and nothing else, bullet holes show on targets but it does nothing else. None of the targets moved from their original place. There where some metal looking things that I shot that fell over and did nothing, I think they are to trigger the moving targets. I think it's a very cool idea and if there was an online leaderboard for shot times it could be really cool. Sadly though in it's current state I think it's unplayable.

"DrillsVR" is a very poorly made, well I guess it's more than just a tech demo (but not much). This is an FPS designed to simulate, well, not drills, but real world gun range shooting sports (although not the olympic level style stuff). And it does so in a laughably bad manner. For starters this might not even work, it's busted and they're not maintaining it. Despite not being in Early Access the game misses a huge number of promised features including online competition and so on, but given this doesn't even work for most gamers, you can see how that wouldn't work out very well. What do you do in the game? Wave your arms around in VR and pretend to shoot rather poor quality and possibly asset flipped guns. The graphics aren't great, bad looking assets for the stars of the game (the guns) and everything else looks even worse. That's understandably a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. This game is fairly dated at 7 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. On pricing, this is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 13 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.
Macht echt viel Spass, herrausforderung ist echt cool wenn man versucht seine zeiten zu verbessern. Grafik sieht auch gut aus. Past alles . Weiter so.
Dont waste your time, its only a few targets.

Awful game this kim kung guy needs to go back to the board and fix this game
Recenzja dwujęzyczna. Komentarz + translator. Bilingual review. Comment + translator. *** Żeby spuścić blokadę zamka, musisz skierować manipulator w górę i go wcisnąć. The Oculus Rift worked well. Although I couldn't get caught up in what was going on. It was only when I postponed one controller, and the other I took into two hands, everything made sense. Unfortunately, after completing the tutorial and watching free mode, it turned out that the levels do not load. If the game had been paid, review would have been negative, but I pulled on neutral. *** To drain the lock, you need to point the manipulator up and push it in. Rekomendacja neutralna. Neutral recommendation.
