Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.83/day in the week to Jul 21 → 5.2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Down with the Ship is a strategic auto‑battler about assembling your own hull, stuffing it with powerful hardware, and sending it to war against other players.
Connect hull pieces to expand your ship and make room for modules. Each round offers a new set of parts: guns, reactors, shields, cursed relics, and more. Buy what fits, lock what you need, and learn when a cheap common beats a flashy rare.
Positioning is the core of the game. Move parts around to manage resources, connect item effects, and stack bonuses. Build something reliable, or commit to one risky combo and hope it fires first.
Battles play out automatically, but you decide when your ship is ready to fight. Your current build is matched against stored ships from other players. Win, adapt, and keep going until your run breaks apart.
Each captain changes how you play, with different hull shapes, passives, and build paths. Lean into their faction’s tools, or mix in parts from other factions to make something less predictable.

Ranked Versus: Face player-made ships and push for 10 wins before your lives are spent. Climb the leaderboard with every successful run.
Casual Versus: Test builds against player-made ships without worrying about rank.
Endless Run: Hit 10 wins? Keep going until your ship loses 5 lives.

awesome game!!! played like 6 hours with my buddy in 1 go, haven't done that in probably a couple years. excited to try more builds and for new content in the future
really fun and addicting puzzler too if you let it be. fun combos and I constantly get amped for fights. Keep updates coming please
This game is different in the genre, its by far the best. If you've ever been interested in this genre, buy this immediately. A couple things that stood out to me was how losing health works and how clean the UI is and all the necessary info is available to see. If you've played a game like this before, you probably know that usually in this genre, you lose more health for a loss further on into your run than you would on your first battle of the run, however, not in this game, you lose one heart out of the 5 starting hearts per loss no matter how far you are into the run which i absolutely love. Also, the build crafting is phenomenal, just buy it already

i have never enjoyed another auto-battler this much
Gameplay very similar to Backpack Battles in a Cosmoteer-flavored package.
Incredible take on the inventory based roguelite autobattler scene. More slots and item types and yet somehow far less tedious than its competitors. Cannot recommend DWTS enough. 10/10.
Game is great at its auto battler shtick. Ya get a turn after each battle at a rng of 6 items for your ship, and that makes every run different enough even if you choose the same captain, no two builds are ever going to be alike. Luckily the rng on items between matches isn't too harsh on ya most of the time, so it doesn't feel like rng is screwing you over most runs. Game right now has 4 factions(the factions are a play on Startrek vs Warhammer vs Dune vs Cyberpunk), with 12 captains, and over a hundred ship parts. With 4 more factions and loads of more ship parts being added in soon.
