The first thing you notice when playing Don't Notice Me is there are plenty of things to look at and pick up in the world. You're instantly taken into a classroom are with plenty of items to look at, pick up and read. A lot of people tend to ignore this sort of thing in games but I genuinely found it to be one of the most enjoyable aspects of this. You'll regularly find quirky items and funny notes so don't rush through this, take the world in as you explore and you'll get the most out of this experience. There are decent puzzels to solve. They're not too easy but not difficult enough to make me rage quit in disgust either. I think during my first playthrough I got the "bad" ending as there were puzzles unsolved still for me in this so another run through may be in order. I will say that the game is not very long - which is fine for myself but I know a lot of people use gameplay time as a factor when judging value for money. If you are one of these people who wants an hour of game for every £/$ you spend then this may not be the game for you. Don't Notice Me is a game full of character and doesn't take itself too seriously. A short but enjoyable experience and I look forward to playing future games from the dev.
VERY SHORT GAME! **********My review contains spoilers!!!********** The game have lots of small details but none of which really matters except for the missing student poster. In the first scene, there are so many rooms in the school but I can only enter the principal's office??!!? Could have had a different puzzle in each room to find the password to the principal's office or to find the principal's office key with the help of other students who are just standing around doing nothing. They are not even contributing to the game at all. The 2nd scene is the dumbest of all, you just inexplicably appear in his backyard after leaving the school. Backyard's decorations are sooo weird and obviously made for puzzles only. If mika can use the crowbar to open the window, why not just use the crowbar to open his drawers too. She is already breaking and entering anyway. I thought there would be something after we get the letter, like maybe at least a short scene in the classroom showing us the interaction between mika and elliot or even a newspaper article on how elliot is caught or even kidnapping more students. Something, just something to push the story forward into a nice resolution to make sense of what we found in his computer. You can't just throw us all those information about him being a sadistic, pessimistic killer and then not do anything about it!!?!? The game's actual ending just make mika seem like an emptyheded doll by ignoring everything she has seen!! Also, this game is so short! Not worth the full amount. Maybe like a $2-3 game at most.
Enjoyable game. It is a short play but is very interesting and has some great story elements. I would recommend this game if you like casual games or puzzle games.
Short and good game, didn't have to read as much as i did with DDLC yet it felt sort of similar and better in some ways, puzzles were actually fun and i wanted to repeat them after i understood what was happening :D Gave me a Life is Strange vibe too which was nice.
not good. basically a linear fetch quest escape room game that pretends to be yandere sim. a pretty shallow experience.
Wish this game was longer, short and fun but wish it was longer... kinda feel like i wasted my money :(
I played through this a few days ago and loved it. The visuals and music are cozy, the humor is quirky and funny, and the voice actors do a fantastic job of bringing the characters to life. The story of teenage romance is lighthearted and fun but also unpredictable, and moves in unexpected directions. (There are multiple endings.) The core of the gameplay involves solving "escape room"-style puzzles. The puzzles are interesting, and tricky. You might want to play through the game with friends to lessen the chance of getting stuck. The game is relatively short, but memorable. My (fully blind) playthrough took about 3 hours, which felt like just the right length for the story. The plot moves quickly, and never feels tedious or drawn out. Linux users: the game runs perfectly on Proton 7. I played it on a Debian 12 desktop. (I haven't tried it on a Steamdeck.) If you like puzzle games - or "escape room" games in particular - you'll probably love this. Strongly recommended.
I know a saying that says " You are a lot of smoke, but little roast ", Lana_Lux the creator of this game is the opposite " All roast, but no smoke " I recommend the game to support his projects. Have a good fun ;)
Amazing Game / Story Line
Интерестный пазл, многие головоломки решаются на интуитивном уровне нужно только быть немного внимательным, игра понравилась так что всем советую.
